  Customer home was located in the area here at all trades repair services LLC we repaired a leaking window and repaired a roof deck leak for this customer we pulled all the siding back away from the leaking side of the windows and noticed there was no windows tape around the edge of the window and we added tape around the window to keep water and moisture out of the window seal flange then in front of the window where is been leaking for a long time on the roof deck was a soft spot we removed the shingles popped up the flashing removed the bad rotten water damage roof decking and replaced it we also notice the the wrong synthetic roofing paper was used at the wall of a low slope roof and it never was all the way to the wall there was 3/4 wide unprotected so we added the real peel n stick ice and water shield dry-in paper under the flashing nail the shingles up to the wall ran 2 shingles under the wall flashing then nailed flashing down and shingles over top of flashing done another happy customer no call backs we do it right the first time no leaks

  It a nice place it has a gym, pool also close to a mall but the people sometimes are loud and if they have pet dogs they don't clean up there dog waste and it Nasty but beside that this place is nice

  I’ve been at this apartment since it’s opened and it’s been pretty pleasant except when someone broke into my car. I think it was young boys but I’m pretty certain they moved now. Management is amazing and Yareli is always so helpful. I’ll probably stay another year.

  I think we don’t take time to appreciate things and we are always quick to leave bad reviews. As a new resident of Emery Village I want to make sure to share by experience. I’m In love with the location! Very close to the highway especially when coming from work . I was rented by the amazing Yareli and her property manager Rachell. Omg those two are the best ! They made me and my girls feel welcome ! They both shared restaurant leads and were amazing from the beginning of the process all the way to the end. They even introduce me to her head supervisor Jorge that made sure that my apartment had all the nice appliances and was spotless . I truly am Very grateful for the service I have received at Emery and look forward to renewing our lease when the time comes . Thank Yareli , rachell and Jorge for making it home specially for us that we are coming out of state
