  All of the leasing agents are nice and welcoming. They work to make the leasing/moving in process fast and easy. Maintenance is prompt and respond quickly to requests.

  Be warned: the pet “fees” and monthly pet rent are apparently nothing more than charges for the privilege of having a pet—they do not necessarily cover any actual pet-related damage. My dog caused minor damage to the carpet, and I was still charged separately for the cost of replacing it. When I signed my lease, I was led to believe that the pet fees and monthly pet rent were intended to cover situations like this. That clearly was not the case. If you’re considering renting here, make sure you get a very clear explanation in writing of exactly what those pet charges do—and do not—cover. Otherwise, you may find yourself paying pet fees every month and still being billed for damage on top of them.

  Great staff to work with and beautiful property! We were able to tour, sign up and move in all in a five day turnaround. Collen did a fantastic job of keeping the process moving as we are relocating to the area and on a tight timeline. Appreciate the entire team!

  I love it the workers n management r friendly n helpful. The area is beautiful n the stores close by n I love it. It's very clean. Just a shock out to Amy,Colleen n Patricia they're the best 👌 ❤
