  Colleen has been an absolute gem since the moment I stepped into her office at Views at Flowers. Her patience, kindness, and helpfulness have made a huge difference in my experience, from applying for the apartment I like, setting up my account and moving. She truly stands out as the best!

  The move-in process at Views at Flowers has been so easy and stress-free. Everyone is super helpful and goes above and beyond to answer questions and make sure you have everything you need. Colleen even helped me set up the apps I need to make living here easier and gave me welcome gifts bags! 10/10 experience!

  I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at The Views at Flowers, especially Colleen. From the very beginning of my apartment search, she made what could have been one of the most stressful and emotional transitions of my life feel manageable, supported, and even exciting. Going through a divorce and becoming a newly single mother was overwhelming, but Colleen showed genuine compassion and empathy not only toward me, but toward my son as well. She treated us like people, not just future tenants. No matter how many questions I had (and trust me, I had a LOT), whether it was through text, email, or me randomly popping into the office stressed out about moving logistics, she always responded quickly, kindly, and patiently. She constantly reassured me and made sure I never felt alone during the process. What truly stood out to me was how personal and heartfelt her care was. The moment we walked into the apartment that is now our home, she smiled and said, “THIS IS YOUR NEW HOME.” I asked her how she knew so quickly, and she said, “It was the look in your eyes the second you walked through the doors.” She was absolutely right. That moment still stays with me because it was the first time in a long time that I felt peace and hope for a fresh start. Even after moving in, Colleen continues to check in on me to make sure my son and I are settling in well and adjusting to our new life. That level of care is rare these days. She has gone far beyond her job description and has genuinely made a lasting impact on our lives. My son and I absolutely adore Colleen. She is truly one of the kindest, most genuine human beings I have ever met, and The Views at Flowers is lucky to have her.
