  The place is great have good spacious rooms and bathrooms , gym is good and their pool is nice. Their management is very complex, They hardly try to help , when i lived there my first month i got a late fee even though in their application to make the payments it didn’t show the balance i had due. When i went to them to have that sorted out, cause i hate making late payments in general I’m always at least a week ahead when it comes to rent they didn’t do nothing and pretty much i still had to pay the late fee even though it was something out of my control , normally i like to have automatic payments for that reason but again they literally didn’t help, instead they gave me an ultimatum either i turn in the apartment or pay up the fee which to me is wild giving that i not only tried to make the payment before due date. When i went to them about it pretty much they didn’t care. I’d understand if it wasn’t like a every month type of thing but no , after that or anywhere that I’ve lived never been late in payments whatsoever If you want to feel backed up and valued , go somewhere else Again the place is great to live for sure Their management and maintenance people are horrible , can do better. Moved out the following year , i would’ve done it sooner if it wasn’t cause i didn’t want my credit to go down.

  as others have stated in these reviews noise levels are absolutely unbearable. please consider living elsewhere unless you are fine with being awoken at 4am everyday by the vibrations and thunder like sounds of your upstairs neighbors footsteps. the walls are pretty thin as well dont expect to ever be able to sit in complete silence you WILL hear your neighbors tv, phone conversations and pets. i saw in one of the reviews how the owner said noise is “subjective” that should tell you everything you need to know about management and this complex.

  We just had our tour here and all I can say it’s absolutely amazing and beautiful inside. It’s inspiring that they have part of the history in their museum for new occupants to view, learn and explore more about the mills. The Amenities are top notch and we are definitely looking into moving here from Massachusetts. We also appreciate Sydney who took the time to do the tour with us. Thanks. Allen and Matt💖

  I toured the property yesterday. The apartments are spaceous & beautiful. There are a lot of free amenities that are included & the grounds are well kept. The Assistant Manager, Randi Baines has outstanding customer service skills, which used to be a given in past times, but are an exception to the rule in today's times. She was very knowledgeable about the property & all its amenities & was able to answer all my questions. I'm looking forward to calling this my new home.

  I was so excited to move into the main building at Spinning Mill Lofts, we had chosen a quirky apartment full of original features from way back when it was a cotton mill. I was in history heaven! Thankfully we had all the mod cons, AC, beautiful kitchen and 2 huge bathrooms! The amenities within the main building were fabulous too, huge living room area upstairs with a gorgeous pool table for residents to use.A fully equipped gym, a grill area right next to a lovely pool to use!! The staff were just perfect, all became firm friends from maintenance to office manager, we loved them all. We brought our two pups with us and they were treated and loved on by everyone, its such a nice community of fur baby owners. Walking into downtown Clayton was an added bonus, its a perfect location!
