  Chris is professional and personable and has excellent communication skills. He began the process of discussing the sale of our home with us early on while we were in the process of building our new home. He took the time to do a thorough walk through of our house and give us feedback on improvements we could make to refresh the home and put us in a position to get top dollar when we went on the market. He continued to check in with us periodically and see where we were in the process and how he could help us get ready to list the house. Once we were ready to go on the market he very strategically went to work utilizing his tools, resources and expertise to advise us on a listing price. He continued to keep the lines of communication open during the process providing valuable feedback from potential buyers. We got an offer within a week of being on the market. Vicki was on top of getting all the documentation in order and also portrayed excellent communication skills. She was highly motivated to get us to the closing table as quickly as possible. She was always available to answer questions. When things did not go as planned and there were issues with our buyers being able to close on time Chris did not shy away from helping us navigate the uncertainties. He went to work communicating with all the involved parties and advocating for us as his clients. He was simultaneously trying to do everything he could to get us to the closing table with the current buyers while working on other potential opportunities to get our house sold. We finally got to the closing table with the buyers and were happy to get our house sold so we could start enjoying our new home. Chris and his team provided us with excellent service, and we could not be happier with our experience.

If you are looking for a seamless process from start to finish, this is the group for you Our Realtor Courtney was very knowledgeable accessible and understood what we were looking for and how to get there.
