  I lived here for a little under 2 years. And I have never seen so many issues at one apartment complex. Starting off my AC broke down both summers and was told a part was being ordered and it never was due to them not wanting to pay because they couldn’t use the warranty - this ultimately led to mold in my apartment and ongoing health issues for me even once moved out. 2nd my apartment almost got broken into, police were called and reports were made all of this was submitted to the leasing office and they wouldn’t fix my front door, it was a serious safety issue! They decided to show up the day I moved out to try and fix it. 3rd they lost all of my paperwork over and over again. I was asked to come to the office and resign and submit paperwork every time they changed leasing office managers. And lastly, I’m still waiting on my security deposit, despite multiple calls and emails to the office and the corporate office. This place is a mess, I do not recommend it if you want to sleep well at night. I have since emailed and called again to get any information about my security deposit and the voicemail is set for 2 leasing agents ago and I have never received any response back. 7/21/26 7/21/26 Got a text from someone I assume is from Vivo. When I responded back asking for receipts and further clarification. No response has been provided and today is now Saturday.

  It was a pleasure having Evita Helping me with finding the right apartment with an affordable rent and amenities. I would recommend anyone who for terrific service schedule an appointment to visit Vivo Living….and ask for Evita!

  I have been living here for one month Jasmine and Joan have been great I'm so glad I decided to move here . They are doing a lot of remodeling it is worth coming to take a look at.
