- BHByron Holiday5 days ago1.0This is one of the worst places to rent in Charlotte!! My girlfriend lived here for 2 years and they made her life a living hell!!! Made it incredibly hard to leave and charged her a ridiculous amount of money for it! Untrustworthy management who just takes advantage of you the minute you sign a contract with them! They just want your money. They don’t care about you as a human being. Also, plenty of dog poop and trash everywhere

Going out of his way to show me good deals and hold my spot even when I was unsure he really was everything you’d hope for when looking for someone to help with moving in an apartment.
