  Called for emergency maintenance at 1:30 am due to the ceiling leaking and water coming out of wires leaking directly from the smoke detector. Smoke detectors going off non stop for hours It was scary and we felt unsafe. The guy that kept answering the phone said the maintenance was unavailable and he wasn’t the one on call so it “wasn’t on him” . “Emergency maintenance” didn’t arrive until 11 am stating that this wasn’t a real emergency and they are sleep at that time. Smoke detectors blaring for hours? Water leaking through wires for hours? And also one the things they have listed on the voicemail that is considered an emergency is something that is causing damage to the property. You would think that would be water leaking through wires right? Things like this should NEVER happen. And to just shrug it off because you were sleeping is dreadful.

  I love the property mangers leasing agents they are very respectful and the take there time with you to make any issue right they are very nice and this is the best place to come and live

  I appreciate the help of the current management staff with assisting in getting my rent paid. Shalonda was really helpful. I notice the positive changes that are made by Shalonda and Jocelyn to make the community better.
