- THThomas HigginsJul 14, 20261.0One of the poorest run apartment complexes I've ever lived in. I've stayed in places that are half the price that are significantly better managed than this property. You name it this property has it, from broken elevators and doors to mountains of trash outside the dumpster to gangs of teenagers taking over the pool late into the night causing chaos. However the office is sure to issue violations for dog toys in the tree of the dog park or god forbid someone parks in the EV parking when all other parking is taken. If you read this review, please for your sanity choose anywhere else to live.

Numerous complaints made. They say they speak to the neighbors, but nothing changes. This place isn’t want it used to be.

Most of all the staff and in particular Curtis who made everything run smoothly for me with and always positive attitude.
