  I cannot give enough positive accolades to the staff at The Estates at Ballantyne. Their professionalism is top notch. Their care and concern for your well-being is unmatched and sincere. When I was in need of a home for my daughter and I, Sylvia walked me through the process, step by step. She was extremely patient and willing to answer questions. Her depth of knowledge and experience were invaluable for me. Katherine is proficient and on top of everything happening and that needs to happen on the property. Due to her efficient communication, I was able to spend the holidays in the comfort of my own apartment home. They both know the community and its residents well. I felt at home from the moment I parked in the "Future Resident" parking space in front of the elegant clubhouse. This property is well managed. It caters to the needs of the residents and provides great events as well as excellent service. Maintenance keeps the grounds very neat and tidy for families and guests alike to enjoy the amenities offered. And when I have called, they are prompted and skilled at whatever I request them to take care of. I'm very fortunate to have found this hidden treasure in the Ballantyne area!

  I lived at The Estates at Ballyntyne from August-December 2020. At first glance, everything seems fine. The community is attractive and very diverse. The neighbors are friendly. The office staff are also very friendly but did not address my problem. I found my apartment at the height of the pandemic. The tour was done by FaceTime. From the time I moved in from Connecticut I had problems with bugs! There were palmetto bugs (giant cockroaches), water bugs that came out of the air vents and some type of bugs and larvae in the carpet. My apartment was thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed every day but this made absolutely no difference! The office staff was attentive in that they sent the exterminator to my house almost weekly. Eventually I felt like I might get sick from the chemicals. The problem was never resolved! My main issue is that even though they were friendly they did not address the problem. Now that I have moved to another apartment complex I realize that it didn’t need to be a problem at all. They should have replaced the carpet and made sure the apartment was sealed. Maybe it’s because the apartments are older. I don’t know. What I do know is that I incurred over $3500 in expenses that had to do with breaking my lease and moving. In retrospect I wish I would’ve put up a bigger fight about spending money unnecessarily. The living conditions we’re not my fault. I’ve never lived with bugs before and I don’t feel like I should’ve had to.

  The management at this residence is an absolute joke, and I am not exaggerating this. Do not live here at all expense.
