- CCCarol CostanzoSep 4, 20265.0I want to express my gratitude to The Estates of Ballantyne for their assistance in resolving a difficult situation for our family. The entire team was understanding and willing to help us right after we moved in. We appreciate the compassion and care they showed and would certainly recommend the community to anyone looking for a true neighborhood feel.

- NANsncy AdamsJun 27, 20265.0I have enjoyed living here for the past few years. T from maintenance is an excellent employer. Hard worker, fast and friendly. One of the best, very friendly and cared about others.
- DDDVMay 5, 20261.0Unfortunately, I expected more from this place. The appliances are constantly breaking down—it is truly exhausting, as they haven't been replaced in 10 years. This is especially true of the dryer; it takes three hours just to dry five items, and even then, they come out damp. I’ve been struggling with this for six months, yet they refuse to replace it. The pool is closed all the time (it’s been at least seven months now)—it is an amenity they shouldn't even be offering. I’ve rented at other places, and this is the one I’ve had the most trouble with. You just expect to get what they promise. Make sure to thoroughly check that everything is in working order before moving in here.
