  I have enjoyed living here for the past few years. T from maintenance is an excellent employer. Hard worker, fast and friendly. One of the best, very friendly and cared about others.

  Unfortunately, I expected more from this place. The appliances are constantly breaking down—it is truly exhausting, as they haven't been replaced in 10 years. This is especially true of the dryer; it takes three hours just to dry five items, and even then, they come out damp. I’ve been struggling with this for six months, yet they refuse to replace it. The pool is closed all the time (it’s been at least seven months now)—it is an amenity they shouldn't even be offering. I’ve rented at other places, and this is the one I’ve had the most trouble with. You just expect to get what they promise. Make sure to thoroughly check that everything is in working order before moving in here.

  This is truly one of the best communities we have experienced, especially in terms of communication from the leasing office and the quality of maintenance service. The townhomes are spacious, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable to live in!!! 🙏 We had many requests and questions during our stay, and every single one was handled quickly and efficiently. The responsiveness of the leasing office is exceptional. When we needed to relocate to another state, the lease transfer approval was provided without any issues, which made a stressful situation much easier. Our friends are now happily living in our beautiful, bright townhome. Katherine and Silvia are incredibly professional, kind, and genuinely helpful. It is rare to find such a strong and human-centered administrative team. The maintenance team is equally impressive. Frank (if I recall the name correctly) and the team are extremely responsible and fast. Every request we submitted was addressed, often by the very next day. We are only leaving because of our move to another state, but we would absolutely recommend this community to anyone considering living in this area

  I recently stopped by to get information on a floor plan I’ve been eyeing, and Katherine was absolutely wonderful. She provided all the details I needed and took her time answering my questions thoroughly. Even though the specific floor plan I wanted wasn’t available at the time, she walked me through photos they had on site and made sure I could still visualize the space. Katherine was very attentive, personable, and professional. She made the entire experience informative and welcoming. I truly appreciate her willingness to help!
