  I’ve lived in a lot of apartment communities, and the staff at The Ellis is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. What stands out most is how personal and welcoming they are. They recognize residents by face and make you feel genuinely known, even if you don’t interact with them often. That level of attentiveness and care is incredibly rare. The entire team creates an atmosphere that feels warm, professional, and community-oriented. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. I absolutely love living here and truly appreciate everything they do to make The Ellis feel like home. Easy 5 stars.

  Michelle was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. She answered my questions quickly and communicated clearly, which made my move-in experience easy and welcoming. My unit was clean and well-prepared upon move in. I would recommend The Ellis to anyone looking for a place in the Uptown area.

  This place is heaven on earth! Maintenance is absolutely amazing! Jesus and German are absolutely incredible! Very kind! Michelle is my go-to! So patient, kind, understanding, consistently making sure I have everything i need. Dawn and Ciara are both amazing. The property manager(s)/ everyone in the leasing office, SUPERIOR human beings! Stg, lol. The whole staff. I’m still learning everyone’s names, but they’re all awesome and kind hearted! The Ellis is stuck with me! ♥️♥️♥️

  I’ve really enjoyed my experience here so far. The amenities and facilities are clean and the leasing consultants are really welcoming. Michelle in particular was fantastic at helping me find the right apartment, guiding me through the move-in process and really went the extra mile to make sure my move-in experience was easy.

  My move in experience was phenomenal. The staff and maintenance are an absolute joy. The entire low rise and amenities are pristine with a high level of security. I absolutely recommend those who appreciate luxury to join the community.
