  We toured with the assistant property manager and she was amazing and super informative and presented us with great options based off our budget. We overall liked the apartment and the building seemed nice overall but we just didn't think the living room would work for what we wanted to have in that space but will keep on our list for the future

  My boyfriend and I didn’t get the chance to live here due to a change in job location but had a lease here ready to sign! We absolutely loved these apartments and wish we had gotten the chance to live here. Throughout the whole process we worked with Alyssa in the leasing office. Alyssa was so charismatic and attentive to detail. She continuously followed up with us and was welcoming to any questions (even repeated ones). Alyssa was the biggest reason we wanted to move to the Ellis in the first place! While I can’t speak on apartment life at the Ellis I can say we had an amazing experience with the staff!

  i had an excellent experience with German from maintenance at The Ellis. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient in handling the issue in my apartment. He took the time to explain what he was doing, made sure everything was working perfectly before he left, and kept a very respectful and positive attitude throughout the process. It’s not often you come across someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely pleasant to work with, and German truly stands out. He made the entire experience stress-free, and his commitment to doing quality work did not go unnoticed. The Ellis is fortunate to have someone like him on their team—thank you, German, for your outstanding service!

  I’ve lived in a lot of apartment communities, and the staff at The Ellis is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. What stands out most is how personal and welcoming they are. They recognize residents by face and make you feel genuinely known, even if you don’t interact with them often. That level of attentiveness and care is incredibly rare. The entire team creates an atmosphere that feels warm, professional, and community-oriented. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. I absolutely love living here and truly appreciate everything they do to make The Ellis feel like home. Easy 5 stars.
