  As a current resident I must say STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Some of the staff members operates as a gang and targets residents. The front office works directly with maintenance to steal from residents. My keys were given to people who don’t live here in an attempt to steal my belongings. Thank God I happened to be home. I’m not the only one who had this problem. A front desk worker sent her boyfriend in maintenance to steal from another resident who wasn’t home. She was lucky enough to have inside cameras and caught him in the act.

  Maintenance team goated, Juan was EXTREMELY helpful, and very kind. Offered me a ride to the office when I was picking some things up and it decided to rain the second I stepped out the door!

  I really appreciate the maintenance team, especially Juan. He went the extra mile to help me remove my dead car battery and installed the new one before I went into work! I can’t thank him enough and the entire Collins team !

  As a mom, letting your child move into their first apartment is a huge milestone—and honestly, a little emotional. The Collins made that transition so much easier for both of us. This was my son's very first apartment, and from day one I felt like he was living in a community that was safe, well-managed, and genuinely cared for. As a mother, there's nothing more comforting than knowing your child has a place where they can begin adulthood with confidence. Every time I visited, the property was clean, well-kept, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The management team did a wonderful job, and it gave me real peace of mind knowing my son was in such a great environment. You never stop being a parent, even when your little bird leaves the nest. I'm grateful that his first experience living on his own was at The Collins, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any parent looking for a place where their young adult can thrive.
