  Highly recommend community. The office staff/management(Jaylen, Chris, Karolan, Julia) communication is amazing. Safe environment.

  The biggest issue at this community is parking. Residents have numbered parking spaces in the community, but many evenings there are no available spaces anywhere near my building when I get home. I’ve had to drive around looking for parking and then walk several minutes back to my apartment, depending on the time of night. This isn’t an isolated incident. It has happened multiple times, and I’ve brought it to management’s attention without seeing any improvement. What’s frustrating is that management seems quick to enforce minor issues, such as leaving a trash can outside, while a much bigger issue like residents not having reasonable parking goes unresolved. If parking is important to you, I would encourage you to ask management how resident parking is handled before signing a lease.

  Visited this complex recently while helping a friend apartment hunt, and honestly I was really disappointed. For the amount they charge in rent, the property is not kept up well at all. There was trash throughout the community and once you walk through the outdoor building doors where residents front doors are located, the condition gets worse. The hallways/common areas looked dirty, full of trash, and poorly maintained. As someone also looking for a new apartment, cleanliness and upkeep matter a lot and this place did not feel cared for. Definitely not what I would expect for the price point.

  This is the only apartment I have ever toured where I decided to do my application right away (thanks to Jaylen)! Surely enough, that translated to the absolute best apartment I have ever lived in. From the leasing agents, to the managers, to the maintenance team, they were always welcoming, willing to help and seemed to enjoy what they do! Additionally, awesome/clean amenities, consistent communication, and community events that seem to keep residents in mind. The maintenance team is also awesome, specially Anthony who always greeted any and everyone with his cheerfulness! From previous experience, customer service deteriorates after you've signed a lease. I cannot say the same about The Collins; from the application process, to living here, all the way until my departure--it has been a seamless process and high quality customer service that remained consistent (thanks Julia!). I will genuinely miss living here!

  A nun smoking complex yet all people do is smoke weed and smoke up my entire place and my animal and child have to sit in it and smell like it at daycare because all of our clothes smell like straight up weed. Office “can’t do much” ya sure. Ppl have no respect for anyone.
