We had such a great experience touring the property, and Samantha was wonderful! She was very kind and helpful throughout the entire tour and application process! The apartment is beautiful, and we’re really looking forward to moving in! So far, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Samantha made the process of getting my new apartment smooth and stress-free, and she was always willing to answer any questions I had. I really appreciate how welcoming and easy to work with she was. I would definitely recommend Samantha to anyone looking for an apartment!

I leased here because the property heavily advertises its controlled-access parking garage and security. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. My seven thousand dollar bike was stolen from the "secured" parking garage after the garage access door had reportedly been broken for about two weeks. Residents were never notified that the garage was unsecured. What was most alarming was that after my bike was stolen, I had to be the one to tell the property manager the garage door wasn't working. She told me she was new and had no idea the access door had been broken. The door was repaired the very next day after I reported it, which only made me question why it wasn't discovered and fixed sooner. It left me wondering whether routine property inspections are even being done. Management's response was just as disappointing. I suggested notifying residents about the theft so they could take extra precautions, but I was told no notice would be sent because mine was the only reported incident. Resident safety should not depend on multiple people becoming victims before management communicates a legitimate security concern. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated issue. I've submitted two maintenance requests to fix the broken lock on my apartment door and even spoke directly with the property manager in person, explaining that I couldn't properly lock my apartment and was worried about someone breaking in. Despite multiple requests and a face-to-face conversation, the lock still has not been repaired. It's incredibly frustrating that something as basic as being able to secure my own apartment has not been treated as an urgent safety issue. There have also been other signs of poor management. The pool opened about a month late because required inspections weren't completed on time. From my experience, residents are the ones constantly having to point out problems and push for repairs instead of management proactively maintaining the property. After my bike was stolen, I expected management to be more attentive to my safety concerns. Instead, I felt even more neglected. Between the lack of security, poor communication, delayed maintenance, and disregard for resident safety, this has been one of the worst property management experiences I've had. If you're considering this property because of its advertised security or professional management, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. If you want to feel safe, heard, and supported as a tenant, this is not the place.

We lived at The Collective for about a year, and while there were positives there are many negatives. I want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team! They're always friendly, professional, and helpful. They were never the problem. Unfortunately, our experience with management was much different. We were instructed not to use one of our two bathrooms for over six weeks because it was leaking into the apartment below us. Despite multiple followups, nothing changed. After six weeks, we resumed using the shower, which caused another leak in the apartment below. The issue was then escalated, an outside plumber was brought in, and the repair was completed almost immediately. We also experienced major issues when transferring to another unit. Less than 24 hours before our scheduled move, we were told the apartment was still occupied and our move was canceled. We weren't given a timeline or any clear plan. We were finally given a new move-in date, but only one day to move instead of the original three-day move window. When we asked for additional time, we were told we would have to pay for it. We were also sent a new lease with a significantly higher rent than the lease we had originally signed. We also frequently dealt with overflowing trash chutes, leaving the hallways smelling like garbage for days. The location is great, and I truly appreciated the maintenance staff, but the lack of communication and how these situations were handled left us disappointed.
