  I’ve had a great experience working with Kaylee throughout my time at the apartment community. She was extremely helpful and professional during my move-in process and continued to provide excellent guidance when I needed assistance with transferring apartments. Kaylee was always patient, responsive, and willing to explain the process and answer my questions. Her help made what could have been a stressful experience much easier and smoother. I really appreciate her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond to help. Thank you, Kaylee, for all your help and guidance throughout my time here! You definitely made a positive difference in my experience.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Taylor Farms really stood out to me compared to the other places I looked at. I was actually surprised to find out the community wasn’t brand new because everything is so clean, updated, and well taken care of. I also love that the location doesn’t feel as busy or congested as some of the other properties I toured. The pool is probably my favorite part. It’s so relaxing and always feels like a little escape. My neighbors have been quiet and friendly, which I really appreciate. I have a dog, so being somewhere that is truly pet friendly was important to me. The dog park and pet spa are such a nice bonus! 🐾 Kayla was my leasing agent and was great from the beginning. Jasmine, the property manager, and Kaylee, the assistant manager, have also been so welcoming to me and my pups. You can tell they really stay on top of the property and care about keeping it looking nice. I’m really happy I chose to live here!

  Office staff is amazing Kaylee help us move in and made the move super easy.... place is amaizng quiet and has amazing pool and clubhouse.....maintenance staff also is amazing shout out Theo for quick response to any questions I or anyone else have.... highly recommend over and other place near Concord mills mall

  I have been living here at Taylor Farms for about 2 months now. I have truly enjoyed my stay so far. I am a person that keeps to myself and this neighborhood is perfect for me. We do have community events monthly, great dog park, nice event center with a pool table, pool that stays consistently clean, and a hot I need to try out. The staff here are always willing to help. Kaylee in the front office stopped everything she was doing to help me with my mailbox key when I was having trouble with it. She was straight up with me when signing up for my lease and stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process.

  These are modern, clean, and well-organized apartments. The management office staff are incredibly kind; I really appreciate their friendly smiles and prompt responsiveness. The rent is reasonably priced and includes access to the pool and a relaxing Jacuzzi, as well as daily morning coffee at the clubhouse. The neighbors are also very friendly. My family and I are very happy here🌹
