  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 would recommend! I absolutely love the staff here. Kaylee is amazing and always so helpful and welcoming. Theodore and David are hands down the best maintenance technicians—responsive, professional, and always willing to help. The team here truly makes living here a great experience!

  I have lived here for almost a year, and my experience has been incredible. From the very beginning, this place has felt like home and has always given me a strong sense of safety and comfort. A huge part of that is because of the wonderful leasing and maintenance teams—Jasmine, Kaylee, Anastasia, Theo, Troy, and Ty. They are all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Jasmine and Kaylee, in particular, are so warm and personable, and they always make me and my dog, Peggy, feel welcome whenever we stop by to visit them. What I appreciate most is how responsive and dependable the team is. Whenever there is an issue, they are always ready to help and resolve it without requiring constant follow-up. Jasmine and Kaylee consistently go above and beyond to help residents, and their dedication truly makes a difference. Another quality I really appreciate in both Jasmine and Kaylee is the transparency, especially when it comes to deposits and move-out processes. They are very clear and straightforward about everything, which is a rare and valuable quality in property management. It gives residents confidence and makes the entire experience feel fair and trustworthy. The community here is young, vibrant, and full of friendly residents. I’ve met some wonderful people and even made friends, which has made living here an even more enjoyable experience. The team also hosts wonderful community events that bring residents together and create a genuine sense of community. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a true sense of community and a place that feels like home. The 24/7 video surveillance also provides an added sense of security and peace of mind. Overall, I’m very grateful to have lived here and to have been part of such a welcoming, friendly, and vibrant community. A special thank you to Jasmine, Kaylee, for everything they do to make this place feel like home!

  We moved in a couple weeks ago, we looked at so many places and decided to go with Taylor Farms because of many reasons beautiful apartments and amenities but what really sold us was the way the staff treated us you can tell they care about the community!!! So inviting and extremely nice! The process was smooth and exciting! Thank you Jasmine, Kaylee and Kayla!!!! It feels good to be home ❤️

  Jasmine is theeeee ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! She goes above and beyond for her residents to ensure that we are well taken care of in this community. ALWAYS feel seen, heard, and valued. She will hop on any case immediately!! But what makes her really stand out is her genuine compassion and positive attitude. I love this community and we are truly lucky to have her and team! Gorgeous property and the best amenities!

  On June 5th my husband and I had to find somewhere to live fast. We came out to Taylor Farms best decision ever😃We were told to be back Monday morning at 10am on June 8th ,So we did !!!! It’s so nice and peaceful out here and everyone is so nice and are willing to work you and help you out if needed. Kaylee and Jasmine are great!!! I just wanted to say this if you need a place to stay and live and called, HOME this place is the one😃I will promise you that! Thank you Kaylee & Jasmine from the Ressler ❤️We love ❤️ this place and I can’t wait to visit the pool soon.
