  Mr. Curtis was absolutely exceptional throughout the entire experience. He was professional, warm, informative, and incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. He took the time to thoroughly show me the different apartment layouts and gave me a detailed tour of the entire property, making sure all of my questions were answered along the way. What stood out most was how genuine and accommodating he was. He even invited me to a community event, which gave me the opportunity to meet other residents and the leasing team. That personal touch made such a difference and truly helped me feel welcomed, comfortable, and at home. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and Mr. Curtis made the process feel seamless and inviting. Highly recommend!

  Hello, The Sycamore at Tyvola is a very nice community. However, I was a corporate lessee and it fell through due to their Hud agreement ; I paid $400 and the place fell through due to Hud issue so okay it was back to drawing board for me but I’ve been waiting literally a full 30 days to receive the $325, at this point I have reported the business to the BBB & the NC Attorney General’s office. I have been given the run around by Curtis, Ty, & SoSo nobody answers emails or returns my calls them when you call corporate no one is ever there! I can’t believe this very large property management company CRC has stolen my money because they will not give it back at All!

  I’ve been living here since November 2024, and while things were a little rough in the beginning, let me tell you—everything has taken a major turn for the better since the new management team stepped in. Beyond the spacious apartments and the amenities I use weekly, one of the best parts of living at Sycamore is the staff. The Community Manager, Curtis, keeps us informed about any updates or changes around the property. The leasing agents, Sosa and Ty, make sure every concern is addressed promptly. Even the maintenance team stays on top of repairs and keeps you updated every step of the way. As a huge nature lover, I have to say the landscaping and greenery here are truly beautiful—one of my favorite things about the community. The residents are incredibly friendly, and we genuinely look out for one another. Between the neighbors and the staff, you really feel taken care of here. Nothing goes unnoticed. Overall, Sycamore has become a place I’m proud to call home.
