  Amazing! Since my first inquiry the staff has been extremely helpful and supportive. My application process was easeful. I had many questions which staff answered patiently and I called a lot of times. I’d like to highlight Bobby who’s been extremely helpful throughout the entire interstate move! Mentioning his name here does t seem to be enough as he was super supportive. TK was amazing too! I also had the pleasure of speaking to Lamont’s and Tamia. Lamonte took the initiative to send me information to assist me in my move. A huge THANK YOU to ALL of you! 100 included☺️

  This place is beautiful! The grounds appeared to be well-maintained and the apartment was nice and spacious. I especially loved the closet and the way the floor plan was laid out. My tour was filled with great energy! I think her name was KD or DK, something like that, but she was amazing. She brought so much positivity and good vibes which is really important since you’ll be interacting with her when things come up. She would make me want to move there just knowing that someone genuinely enjoys their work and is eager to help! Big shoutout to her.

  10/10 experience! AK was absolutely amazing. I was extremely last minute with everything, but she still found a way to make it all work. I’m so grateful she answered my call because she was kind, patient, and incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. Despite the time crunch, she made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Her professionalism, welcoming attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Thank you, AK, for making what could have been a stressful experience such a smooth one!

  Story University North is a beautiful community with a wonderful team! The leasing consultants (Tamia & DK) are always kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. They create such a welcoming atmosphere and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The community itself is well maintained, and you can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the grounds clean, attractive, and inviting. It’s refreshing to see a property that’s so well cared for, both inside and out. If you’re looking for an apartment community with a friendly, knowledgeable staff and a beautiful, well-kept environment, Story University North is definitely worth considering!

  I was excited to move into these apartments because they are beautiful, but unfortunately, it has become one of my biggest regrets. It seems that once management gets you into the apartment, the responsiveness and customer service disappear so dont let the 10 weeks free fool you. I have neighbors who argue loudly on a regular basis. I went to the office to ask if something could be said to them, but nothing was ever done. I have also sent multiple emails regarding the excessive noise, and I have never received a response. To make matters worse, the walls are extremely thin, so you can hear everything. Recently, our internet went out after the storm we had during the night. The internet provider for the community is WhiteSky. When I called the office to report the issue, I could barely explain that my internet wasn't working before they immediately told me to contact WhiteSky. This company seems to have a process for everything, but very little urgency when resolving issues. This is now my second day without Wi-Fi, and the communication has been terrible. Not to mention I have 2 WFH jobs!! When I call WhiteSky, I am told it takes up to 24 hours for the dispatch team just to contact me with a date and time for service. That level of support is unacceptable. I have only lived here since April, and I am already ready to move. I will never choose another community where I cannot troubleshoot my own internet issues or select my own internet provider. The lack of communication, poor responsiveness, and ongoing unresolved concerns have made this a very disappointing experience. I will also be contacting upper management to express my concerns and seek a resolution.
