  I still have ants. The pest control person has now been here three times and the ants have not left. It’s very frustrating because they are biting me when I sit in my own chair.

  Five stars truly aren’t enough for DK Brooks. When we were preparing to move from Los Angeles to North Carolina, we toured several apartment communities in Charlotte. While this property is beautiful, we choose people first—and DK is a major reason we chose to make this community our home. From the beginning, we appreciated her no-pressure approach. While other communities were contacting us almost immediately after our tours, DK gave us space and followed up a couple of days later. It was the perfect balance of being attentive without making us feel pressured. Throughout the entire leasing process, DK was warm, knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and, most importantly, transparent. With a cross-country move, we had a lot of questions and moving pieces. When circumstances changed or something required management’s input, she kept us informed, was upfront about what she knew, and worked to find solutions. She consistently showed us that she was someone we could rely on and trust. We also got to experience the teamwork here before we even moved in. When DK was off and we were back on the West Coast finalizing lease questions, Lamonte, Tamia, and Bobby stepped in to help us and keep things moving. That continuity reinforced our confidence in the community. That mattered because signing a lease isn’t just choosing an apartment; you’re also choosing the people you’ll be dealing with once you live there. DK made us feel confident that this was a community where we would be comfortable doing exactly that. We’ve now been here a little over a month and are very happy with our decision. DK is excellent at her job, but beyond that, she understands how to treat people. I sincerely hope management knows what they have in her and that she is valued and cherished accordingly. DK is truly an asset to this community. Thank you for helping make our move from LA to North Carolina feel like coming home. And, with ease and grace.

  Beautiful Complex Online — I came to visit a friend for the weekend, and I am absolutely disgusted by the condition of this property. Building 825, especially the third floor, was beyond unacceptable. There was trash sitting around for the entire weekend, flies EVERYWHERE, and a horrible smell throughout the floor. It was honestly like walking into a landfill. How can management allow tenants to let the property get this disgusting without addressing it? This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a serious sanitation and quality-of-life issue. I came here to visit for the weekend, and after seeing this, I can confidently say I WILL NOT be returning. Management needs to take responsibility and actually enforce cleanliness standards before this gets even worse.

  Amazing! Since my first inquiry, the staff has been extremely helpful and supportive. My application process was easy. I had many questions, which the staff answered patiently, and I called a lot of times. I’d like to highlight Bobby, who’s been extremely helpful throughout the entire interstate move! Mentioning his name here doesn't seem to be enough, as he was super supportive. TK was amazing too! I also had the pleasure of speaking to Lamont’s and Tamia. Lamonte took the initiative to send me information to assist me in my move. A huge THANK YOU to ALL of you! 100 included☺️

  This place is beautiful! The grounds appeared to be well-maintained and the apartment was nice and spacious. I especially loved the closet and the way the floor plan was laid out. My tour was filled with great energy! I think her name was KD or DK, something like that, but she was amazing. She brought so much positivity and good vibes which is really important since you’ll be interacting with her when things come up. She would make me want to move there just knowing that someone genuinely enjoys their work and is eager to help! Big shoutout to her.
