- PDPoonam DesaiApr 20, 20261.0The sales team will make you feel like you're in great hands until you actually close and the cracks start to show. Pulte Mortgage was a problem from the start. Basic mortgage requirements were mishandled, causing unnecessary closing delays on top of poor communication throughout the process. Then you move in. A year later, during your one-year inspection, you quickly realize that getting anything fixed is a fight. Simple, legitimate repairs turn into drawn-out battles requiring constant follow-up. Their strategy seems to be denial and delay telling you everything looks fine, dismissing your concerns, and gaslighting you into believing there's no issue so they can avoid spending the money to fix it properly. The gap between the sales experience and the post-sale reality is staggering. For a builder charging premium prices, this level of accountability is completely unacceptable. Do your research before you sign! Otherwise a safe and quiet community, central location and great home layout!
