They never gave me back my security deposit (despite no issues with the unit). Followed up multiple times over the next 12 months, with minimal responses and no help from on site or remote management. They claimed to have re-issued the check twice, but I never received it. Would highly recommend living in a different apartment in loso area, all are pretty much the same (such as Artizia; I also lived there and it was much better) 9.22.26 Update, S&H reached out and I responded. I've had to follow-up three times and still have not gotten a response back (over ~3 week period). Artizia management team was much more responsive; highly recommend living there instead.

I stayed in the guest suite to visit some friends and I had a great vacation!! South and Hollis is conveniently located, walkable to a lot of businesses and restaurants. I loved all the amenities, including the pool. Noemi was so helpful and quick to respond to any concern we had 😊 everything was very clean and I love that they have trash pick up so you don't have to walk far to throw it away. Would definitely live here if I ever moved!!

Never heard a single good thing about this building. They neglect to clean up their dumpster area so there’s constantly trash and broken glass by the side of the building.

Touring South & Hollis has been a great experience. The apartments are well maintained and the community feels welcoming from the moment you walk in. What really stands out is the staff. Toriano and Ayanna go above and beyond every time, always quick to help and genuinely friendly. They make the leasing experience so much smoother. Highly recommend this community to anyone looking in Charlotte.

I came in for a tour without an appointment this weekend and the young lady at the front desk was very accommodating to my daughter and myself. The building is beautiful and is definitely in my daughters top contenders for her fall move. Very spacious apartments with lovely finishes and amazing prices. I definitely recommend you stop by and tour with Jael if you can!
