  I moved in this spring, and I have so far loved my experience here. The location is very walkable to so many things and the apartments are beautiful. Terrell at the leasing office was extremely helpful and made the process so easy! I would definitely recommend Selene to those looking to move to South End!

  Renting a studio at Selene was a great choice! I love the high ceilings, they make the room feel much more spacious. The four large windows keep the space naturally well-lit throughout the day. I also appreciate how Kayla and Terell from the leasing office greet you when you leave and return home, it truly makes you feel welcome. Maintenance requests are handled not only quickly but also with great attention to detail. The parking garage feels safe, and the enforcement of parking rules is a plus. The community amenities are another highlight a well equipped gym makes it easy to stay consistent with workouts, and the Monday yoga classes are a great way to relax and recharge.

  Just moved in here and so far I only have GREAT things to say! For one, you can’t beat the location. You can do pretty much anything with walking distance. The amenities are super nice (you can have a pretty good workout at the gym while overlooking South Blvd). The staff is super helpful and patient with my thousand questions - shout out to the maintenance guys that resolved all the issues I had super quick. I was initially concerned with security because of the gate being broken but that was also fixed really fast. I don’t think I ever see a building with such a quick turnaround time on those things. The building is on the older side (2017 I think) but honestly my apartment looks pristine, and so does the rest of the building. Apparently they do a great job at keeping up with things here. So excited to call this place home!

  I’ve officially hit my one-year anniversary at The Selene, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff has been consistently warm, helpful, and professional since day one - especially Terrell, who made my move-in seamless and helped me confidently sign my lease. The community feels safe and welcoming, and I just renewed for another year with no hesitation. Highly recommend calling this place home!
