    My car got broken into twice. It’s on a daily basis that cars get broken into and the complex has done absolutely nothing about it. In fact they’ve made it harder to park with various restrictions. The rooms are also small and they built the townhomes in a couple weeks which says everything about the horrible quality. Would suggest finding somewhere safer

    Beware. The homes look nice, but please do not purchase until your community is completely finished. Visit Anderson Square townhomes in NoDa and take a look at what “finished” communities look like. The roads are terrible because of how they used them during construction and the landscaping is an eyesore. Talk to any of the residents and you’ll also learn that the sales people also deceive buyers.

    I had a great first home buying experience thanks to Claudia! From the moment I first toured to halfway through the build she’s been incredibly helpful, patient and has done an amazing job helping me understand everything and not feel overwhelmed. I would highly recommend working with her. She’s so easy to talk to and very personable, I’ve loved working with her. The experience through the build has also been great - I’m very excited!
