  As a first time homeowner- buying a new build seems like a daunting task, especially one that seems quite far out of reach for a first home. However, right from the start Lisa had been extremely supportive and reassuring that it would be possible. Ever since my first time stepping into her sales office, she made me fall in love with this home more than I thought I ever could. She was extremely knowledgeable and has been continuously helpful during our entire buying/building process! Always responsive to questions I had, and got requests done almost immediately each time! Brian hands down is one of the most helpful, responsive, and overall just amazing project managers a buyer could work with! Always quick to address concerns and keep buyer satisfaction as a top priority! I am just wowed by the effort during the entire build and the communication had (submitting pictures during the process so we as buyers felt involved). Even after closing, Brian continues to be helpful with concerns and requests! This team is one of the best to work with, and I couldn’t be more happy with the end result of my new home! Thank you again Lisa and Brian for all of your hard work and dedication to all of us!

  Lisa Rutowski, Sales Representative, was an absolute pleasure to work with! Lisa’s knowledge, dedication and down-to-earth personality really helped calm my jitters during the buying process. We actually became friends throughout this journey! Brian Leonard, Project Manager, was awesome to work with as well! He was always quick to respond to my questions, and always took time to explain various aspects of my home. Even after I’ve closed, Brian has been so helpful and always offers to help when I see him working in the neighborhood. Afton Arbors has a phenomenal team!

  My name is Mr Cheatham, I brought a new build home, from Ryan homes. The sales person, Lisa Rutkowiski was the first person I spoke to about my new build. She was the most professional knowledgeable saleswoman I’ve met in Realestate. I have to say. Lisa went over and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. One example, after moving in and getting settled. The trash collector did not pick up our trash. Lisa reached out to me to confirm that our trash was missed. She told me , she would reach out to the company and get the matter resolved. And the next day. My trash was picked up. Thank you Lisa for all of your help and support.

  Beautiful townhomes. When we first began looking at them, we thought they were single family homes. Lisa, Ryan Homes sales representative for Afton Arbors, is sensational. She is thorough, knowledgeable and was patient with us ensuring we were clear on the sales process. If you haven’t done so yet and are looking for a new home, stop by and take a tour. Great location to Mountain Island Lake, and shopping areas are all close by.
