- EEEddieMar 22, 20221.0SHADY! Dont even apply here. I was moving to NC and needed a place for a certain date. I applied to a unit that was "available" for that date and paid the application fee. After that, they told me it wouldn't be ready for weeks after my selected move in date. They refused to refund me the $230!!! application fee even though their application was false advertisement. I disputed it with my bank and "Randolph Park" is fighting back on it. Please dont even apply here and pay their insane application fee. Chances are you'll be in the same spot as me.
