  I’ve had a wonderful experience so far with Radbourne Lake Apartments, especially working with Scarlette! She answered all of my questions, stayed in great communication with me, and provided helpful information about when to apply, which services and utilities I’ll need to set up, and some of the great things the surrounding area has to offer. Since I’m currently out of state, Scarlette was also willing to work with me to set up a virtual tour of the apartments. The pictures online look amazing, but it’s always nice to be able to see everything through a live video before making such a big decision. Even though I still have quite a while before my expected move date, she was never pushy. She was very understanding of my timeline and made it clear that she is willing to help throughout the process. Thank you, Scarlette, for the professional service, great communication, and especially the warm welcome. Moving to a new state can be stressful, and having someone willing to answer questions and help along the way definitely makes the process a little easier. I really appreciate it! And Im looking forward to talking to you in the next couple of weeks for the virtual tour.

  We have been living here for 3 years now and every request was met with not hesitations, Management has always been respectful and helpful. I never had a problem paying rent on time with the payment system they use to take my payment.. The Maintenance workers are also very respectful to my home and on time if and when things needed to be repaired. I would recommend this place to anyone.

  At first my experience here started off great. The ladies in the office are wonderful, I will say that. But the townhome is old and have a lot of maintenance issues. I been here for about 9 months and had to put in over 10 maintenance repairs request. My dryer went out for a month and they said I would rent discount for the inconvenience but never happened. I had to spend money on the laundromat and I have children so it was a lot of clothes. Then my garbage disposal kept going out. Then my air, it became a problem after problems. Now recently I’m seeing so many spiders and bugs. I have already sprayed as much as I can but it’s not working. I even asked over summer if they could have maintenance cleaned up the spider webs all outside my windows because I think that’s also contributing to the spiders. The toilets leaking and run often. There are also other things I noticed but my list already is long. This was a last minute rental but I won’t be renewing a lease here at all. Oh and the pool closes at 6pm in the summer. Like I said the ladies are wonderful and they do everything they can to help accommodate but I just think the wear and tear is starting to be much.

The application process was smooth and seamless, but what truly sets this community apart is the incredible team behind it. From the moment we applied all the way through our move-in and daily life here, every single request we’ve submitted has been handled promptly, thoroughly, and always with the most positive, warm energy. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about the residents and takes huge pride in keeping the property running flawlessly. It’s rare to find a place where excellent customer service and genuine hospitality match such a comfortable living space. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
