  Rented through progress in charlotte for 2 years and had a very difficult time when it came to anything besides resigning. I still receive emails and messages and yesterday I received a message saying I owe $2,700. I haven't lived at this residence in over a year. Haven't been able to get ahold of anyone through phone. I'm sick of the horrible customer service and I don't even rent through progress anymore. Would not recommend any of their services. it is infuriating.

  Great house but getting the correct person on the phone is impossible. Update: Just don't.... Their AI system doesn't work and won't send you documents, they will increase the rent through AI every year, when you try to renew they will offer you the price they want for it. Leasing agent won't call you back, and doesn't know anything about the house. The ac filter is in the crawlspace which you are required to change. Charge a premium for service that's honestly not great. Done with progress.

  Coming from way out of state, had a family member to a self-tour on a property. Got to the end of the application and for income verification I'm supposed to...give a third party my login credentials to my online banking platform...? Surely this can't be correct. Called them and yep, it's either payroll login verification (can't do), or give them my bank login. This is absolute insanity and I don't know how that is even legal. Updating review to respond to owner: You cannot find my profile as my application was "denied" the following day for being incomplete. As mentioned, did call directly and the person that answered confirmed that bank or payroll login was the only form of verification. Which is again, insane.

  This is the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever received. I called 10am on Monday due to an active water leak and no one came out until 3pm on Tuesday to which our ceiling then collapsed due to the amount of water nearly falling on our 3 year old daughter. It is now Thursday and there’s still no AC, an active leak and a hole in our ceiling along with water in our walls. I have requested early termination of our lease due to the unsafe living conditions and no one will call me back. This company has a severe negligence liability on their hands and it sounds like I’m not the only one. If you’re even THINKING about renting from them please for your safety look elsewhere.
