  I used to live here for 3 years when I was here it was a lot of people smoking making a lot of mess a lot of hoodlums it was a bad experience never ever again

  I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Patreika throughout my apartment process! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and that I was taken care of every step of the way. She was patient, helpful, professional, and genuinely made me feel like she cared about making sure I got everything I needed. The apartment process can be stressful, but Patreika made it so much easier for me. She was always there to answer my questions, guide me through the process, and make sure I was on the right track. I truly appreciate all of her help and dedication in getting me into my new home. If you’re looking for someone who is helpful, caring, and truly goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Patreika! She deserves all the recognition for the amazing job she does. Thank you so much, Patreika, for making this experience such a great one!

  This review is for PAT and specifically pat only!! I absolutely LOVE her. I came in to tour a 2 bedroom apartment as I just moved from Florida to North Carolina and I explained to her my struggles with finding a place and really just a brief synopsis of my life story. She listened and provided such wonderful feedback that I took with me that day and will FOREVER take with me! She treated my kids so amazing while on the tour and it really felt like I was just meant to meet her that day! I was sad that I couldn’t apply for the apartment at that time but she called me yesterday to give me an amazing update! Pat, I just want to say thank you for your words that day! I will never forget it or you and I pray god gives you all the desires of your heart. You’re amazing and deserve all the great things in life! God bless you.   Amy and Patrekia are simply amazing. My family and I moved in not long ago and throughout the entire process including just living here in general they have been nothing short of amazing. They are literal angels and I appreciate them so much.

  My experience at Preserve at Steele Creek began with a warm welcome and exceptional service from Patrekia. I was relocating to Charlotte from the North Houston, Texas area and was having a difficult time finding a place to live. From our very first phone conversation, Patrekia went above and beyond to reassure me that she would take care of me, and she truly delivered. The process continued with Amy, who took everything to the next level. It's almost as if Patrekia set up the perfect assist and Amy finished with a slam dunk. Amy was compassionate, patient, and worked tirelessly to help me through the approval process. Together, they made what could have been a stressful relocation feel seamless and effortless. I lived at Preserve at Steele Creek for about a year and a half, and it was an amazing experience. Whenever I needed assistance, the office staff was always friendly, professional, and eager to help. I also have a French Bulldog named Amour, and both the office and maintenance staff treated us like family. Although I rarely needed maintenance, the team was always personable, caring, and genuinely happy to see us whenever we crossed paths. Another major benefit was the location. Being close to one of my jobs made commuting much easier and helped me maintain excellent attendance at work. There were only two downsides during my time there. First, traffic on Steele Creek Road can become extremely congested during certain times of the day, making it difficult to enter or leave the community. Of course, that's outside the property's control. Second, I was disappointed by the amount of dog waste that some residents left around the community. As a responsible dog owner, I have always cleaned up after my dog, Amour, so it was frustrating to see others not showing the same consideration for their neighbors. I view this as a resident issue rather than a reflection of the management team. Overall, my experience was outstanding. Patrekia and Amy exemplify what excellent customer service should look like. Their professionalism, compassion, and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel welcomed from day one and ensured that my stay was comfortable from beginning to end. If I ever needed to live in the Steele Creek area again, I would not hesitate to make Preserve at Steele Creek my home.
