- JFJunior FJul 21, 20261.0Been hot in my apartment all summer they keep saying they gone fix it and yet I’m still in here sweating I got kids with no AC I put in multiple requests and went to the office multiple times and guess what it’s still hot in here my ac unit keeps freezing over them leaking creating mold

Had to let time settle in. 1) I love the layout of my apartment. 2) management is 10/10 💕 amazing team! Work orders that are put in are responded to with in NO MORE than 24hrs. The management strives to keep our community clean and I can say the community does a well job keeping up for the most part.(everyone has their dayyysss).. It’s quiet. Everyone is respectable. Friendly. The list goes on! Clt has many hidden gems and I say I’m a good distance from night live weather it’s going to south end or near sc. anyway the property is amazing. Move in! Lol
- CGCampbell GarrisonJun 15, 20261.0I could provide many reasons as to why you should not rent here however, the biggest is that in January 2026, my apartment collapsed in on me and I was trapped until the fire department came. The leasing office made the entire process of getting our apartment repaired a disaster and had no sympathy for the fact that the situation could have been far worse. They even tried to charge us rent for the months when our apartment was uninhabitable without providing a temporary place. The rent is cheap but you get what you pay for. The people that manage the place are just low quality people. They charge cheap rent because they pay their people low salaries and cut cost where they can.
