  I’ve lived at Park and Kingston for about four months now and have had a great experience! The staff have always been very responsive with any concerns or issues whether maintenance or otherwise. Today, especially, the staff was so incredibly nice, which is why I wanted to leave a review! I had a grocery delivery scheduled but had to unexpectedly take my dog to the vet. I called and asked the leasing office if they could hold it. They not only held it for me in the office, they even put items in the fridge and freezer for me! Truly appreciate the care the staff has here and know if I have any issues, they are always here to help!

  I’ve been living at Park & Kingston for 3 years now and honestly still love it here. The management team and staff are a huge part of that; everyone is super friendly, helpful, and just genuinely great to deal with. You can tell they actually care about the residents, which makes such a difference. The location is also unbeatable. I’m close to everything, but it still feels comfortable and safe coming home, and am able to avoid the congestion of South Blvd. The skyline view from my balcony never gets old, and all the windows/natural light make the apartment feel so open and bright. To call our complex "pet friendly" is an understatement. Dogs are treated like residents, and you'd be hard pressed to find any of the staff without a treat in their pocket at any given time. Overall, it’s just been a really positive experience from day one, and I’d absolutely recommend Park & Kingston to anyone looking for an apartment in SouthEnd.

  This has been, by far, the most pleasant living experience I’ve had in Charlotte. The maintenance team is consistently responsive and goes above and beyond to resolve any issues quickly and effectively. I also want to highlight Rebecca, the complex manager. She has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She’s friendly, professional, and always approachable. Whether handling concerns or just taking a moment to chat, she brings joyful, positive energy that truly makes a difference and puts together relevant, fun monthly events. She’s one of the best parts of living here. The pool also gets sun all day unlike most other complexes here!

  I’ve had a solid experience living at Park and Kingston Apartments this past year. The community is well-maintained, the amenities are modern, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. The location is super convenient, with easy access to southend. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!

  I’ve loved living at Park & Kingston! Rebecca in the leasing office is amazing. She’s friendly, professional, and always willing to help if I have a question or need anything. The entire leasing staff has made my whole experience feel welcoming and easy. Another thing I really appreciate is how quick the maintenance team is. Anytime I’ve put in a request, they’ve responded fast and taken care of the issue without any hassle. The complex is always clean and well taken care of. It has been a great place to live. Perfect location, room for parking, and the staff here really care about the residents.
