  They pluming job was good it was just the light turned off the next day in the bathroom and the smoke alarm when he left kept beeping.

  Giving this property two stars so they can’t pay to remove my review. But this place deserves zero. Ever since they were bought out by Bridge Properties, this place has gone downhill tremendously. Gladys, the manager, will smile in your face to ensure a good sale. Once you’re a tenant, she is stone cold with a nasty attitude and couldn’t care less about the concerns you have for your home. The rest of her team is completely incompetent. Maintenance does bare minimum work while not respecting notes left in the maintenance requests. Their work is sloppy and lazy. Our unit had mold on the duct tunnel that constantly leaked on top of our water heater. Both Gladys and the maintenance man stated this was just dust and the leaking was normal. We bought a mold tester kit and alas it was mold. They will email that they have strict policies in place, such as towing and trash. Stating any vehicles that violate community guidelines will be towed. Lots of cars that are broken down or have expired tags are still there, just look around! They never check! The valet trash doesn’t come by as scheduled, a service we pay for. Trash is everywhere, all the time. They have a policy that if your trash can is not inside your apartment you are fined because they inspect(they don’t). Take a look around when you tour, you’ll see cigarette buds everywhere. The outdated vents are all connected so my apartment always reeked of cigarettes. Gladys knows which tenants smoke but this is a non-smoking property? It’s a shame they care more about filling up the apartments rather than keeping good tenants. This place will go downhill with time with a manager like Gladys. Police are constantly at the complex due to the tenants she approves of. Making me feel unsafe in my own home. Do yourself a favor and tour elsewhere if you care about your home.

  Just mi ed in today , very smooth process. Close by most major stores and supermarkets. Very affordable and convenient.

  Yisear is amazing! She worked with me through my application process. I am a new resident and I love everything about it so far! Maintenance(the entire team) has been awesome and work fast to resolve issues! Project Access With Alexis is such an awesome program! Alexis is great with everything she do with the kids! I love that this community make sure the kids have something to do and somewhere to go after school. This community is all about family and the back to school event was beautiful! I love the diversity here! I am blessed to come across this community and apartment complex especially being new to the area of charlotte coming from Atlanta.
