  Very disappointed with the results put a work order in for my stove it is malfunctioning severely, it’s burning up my food even on the lowest setting, a new stove is required because this one barely works properly. Thanks for your cooperation.

  I had a wonderful experience touring the apartment with Alejandra. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. She was also very patient and understanding while I toured the apartment with my two little babies, which I truly appreciated. She took the time to answer all of my questions, showed me everything I needed to see, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism really stood out to me. I’m very grateful for her time and would definitely recommend working with Alejandra!

  Excellent team members ! Maintenance is always kind and very prompt to my request. I been a resident for 3 years and no complaints . The pool still open and I am happy to bring my kids

  I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience at Park 2300 Apartments. My time here has been nothing short of a nightmare, primarily due to a severe cockroach problem that persisted throughout my stay and mold . Despite multiple extermination attempts, these pests were everywhere, making daily life incredibly stressful and unpleasant. The management, particularly Dennise, was consistently rude and unhelpful. Instead of addressing our concerns, she seemed dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issues we faced. Our appliances were outdated and problematic. The washer didn’t work when we moved in, and now they're trying to charge us for a stove that was already in poor condition upon arrival. Additionally, the carpets were disgustingly dirty when we moved in, yet they want to charge us for them now that we’re moving out. We weren’t even allowed to view the apartment until move-in day, which should have been a red flag. Furthermore, it took 9 long months for them to fix a dangerously rotten porch, which should have been addressed immediately for tenant safety. Overall, my experience at Park 2300 has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of empathy from the management and the outrageous charges—totaling nearly $3,000—are unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to think twice. I will be disputing these charges and hope my review helps others avoid the same mistakes.

  By the far the worst and most stressful move in. Was completely rushed with zero understanding and compassion, the unit wasn’t ready after they had 2 weeks to prepare, and it was so bad we had to get a hotel room for the first night which is ridiculous and sad and tainited the entire experience
