  Peyton, the leasing manager, is an absolute powerhouse. From the moment I contacted the property, she was on top of every aspect of the process: follow-up, appropriate and timely nudges, a warm and genuine personality, and, most importantly, honesty. I firmly believe that when a property is well-managed, it dramatically increases the value proposition of living there. I can’t say enough about how much Peyton impacted my experience during this process. She deserves a raise! Disclaimer: I am still deciding between several properties I’ve toured. However, Peyton alone has put One West End/Two West End pretty high on my list. The property is BEAUTIFUL, and the neighborhood is steadily growing. I could absolutely see myself living here if the stars align.

  My husband and I absolutely love living here! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. One of our favorite features is the walking trail—it’s perfect for taking our dog out and enjoying the outdoors. The pool area is fantastic, and the dog park is a huge bonus for pet owners. Our townhouse is spacious, comfortable, and truly feels like home. The community is quiet, safe, and well-kept, which has made our experience even better. Allen has been incredibly helpful from day one, always quick to address any questions or minor maintenance requests and making sure everything is taken care of promptly. Allen has been professional and friendly, and it’s clear he genuinely care’s about the residents and the community. Maintence has also been very responsive and helpful with any minor issues we have had! We couldn’t be happier with our decision to live here and have had a wonderful experience so far. We would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful, pet-friendly place to call home. 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
