  Would give 0 stars if possible, probably the worst real estate agency I ever dealt with. Listed both of my properties with Mark Spain and didn’t get anywhere with either listing. Both properties were priced to sell but the after the agency locks in the agreement they do absolutely nothing to actually try and sell the property. The agent Maria Claypool I was unfortunate enough to work with wasted months of my time with the first property. I was not so patient with the second property attempt and after a month decided to terminate the listing. After terminating the listing the house key was not returned to me and I was told that it is policy for them to throw the key away if it is still in the lockbox when they remove it. The only people who have access to the lockbox is Mark Spain agents so it would be impossible for me to remove the key prior. When I called the office to try to get some clarity on who removed the lockbox, I was told I would get a call back by the end of the day and of course never heard anything from anyone. Now I am forced to change the locks on my property because I have no idea who really has possession of my house key. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I never felt pressured; on the contrary, he gave me the confidence to make every decision with certainty. His constant support allowed me to navigate this process calmly, knowing I was in the best possible hands. Today, I look back with a deeply grateful heart. I didn't just have an excellent real estate agent; I met a person of integrity and kindness who is truly committed to his clients. People like him leave a lasting impression because they do their work with passion, respect, and a genuine desire to help. If anyone is looking for a professional they can fully trust, I recommend him wholeheartedly. My experience was, without a doubt, extraordinary, and I will always be grateful for the good fortune of having his support during such an important chapter of my life. I could not have done it without Anthony Agro. As Colossians 3:23-24 says: "And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord..." That is how he works; may God bless him always.

  I don't see 10,000 5 start reviews here yelp has a 2.4 for mark Spain. No explanation in their commercials who.makes these reviews or what they are on. It's not Google. Personally I would avoid working with them they seem to over compensate. You usually get a lowball offer after they have you locked in from what I've heard. After making an offer co.oanies like this often then take deductions off like you need a new roof -$30,000 etc.... I also heard companies like this just use 3rd party companies to give you the guaranteed lowball offer. There's just something about this guy mark Spain that makes me not trust him...... People who have egos and show their face in every commercial often are not as trustworthy as you think. Home seller beware and be vigilant! Don't get lowball Ed and make this guy a billionaire

  I’m going to strongly discourage anyone from using Mark Spain. In my experience, they were incredibly incompetent and fell far short of the “unparalleled experience” they advertise. It honestly felt like their goal was to provide the bare minimum service whenever possible. We used them for both selling and buying a home, and both experiences were disappointing. When they listed our house, they described it incorrectly, and the one feature we specifically told them didn’t work was highlighted as a selling point. We also asked whether the moving pod in front of our garage would be an issue for the listing photos. We were assured it would be edited out, yet the primary listing photo prominently featured the pod. The whole experience was frustrating and, at times, almost laughable. There are so many excellent real estate agents out there, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

  Had an agent come look at my house looking to sell fast and they took a couple pictures and said give them a week. A week past by and nothing. Two weeks and nothing. Called, spoke to a lady that said it takes a week to 9 days (odd random number) and that he should get back with me. It’s been two months and have yet to hear anything. I get it, the guy was looking to get the quick deal and make some money. Sorry it was some work to do to get it sold. I do not recommend this agency at all. They don’t care about people, just money.
