  Went to tour this community with my brother this weekend. It’s nice and well maintained. Jake, the leasing professional was great. Very knowledgeable and pleasant! I love that they host a lot of community events. That makes it easy to get to know your neighbors and also gives you a reason to get out the house.

  Kristine Faryniak provided me with the best apartment tour I’ve ever had! Not only did I get to see two great units. I got a to see her passion for her job shine through her interactions with residents, coworkers, and former colleagues. I have never felt more assured that a place to live would provide an excellent community and resident experience.

  I just want to take a moment to recognize Leron from the maintenance team for doing such an amazing job. He was kind, respectful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was taken care of. You can tell that he takes pride in his work and treats people with kindness and respect. It’s not every day you come across someone who goes above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the time and effort Leron put in to help. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a real difference. Thank you, Leron, for all that you do! Your hard work definitely does not go unnoticed. ❤️

  I would like to take a moment to recognize such a wonderful worker . He is always friendly, respectful, professional and willing to help whenever needed. He goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and comfortable. He always has a smile on his face and a positive attitude which really makes a difference. His kindness and dedication does not go unnoticed. He truly is an asset to this apartment complex and I really appreciate him . Thank you Leron Fincher for your kindness and friendly attitude

  DO NOT MOVE HERE! - overpriced/ $100 a month to park here - your car is not safe - my car got broken into inside the parking lot (attempted to steal my car with damages) apartment and police did nothing - indecent exposure while taking my dog out to go to the bathroom (man was in his car in the loading dock exposing himself to me) - fire alarm is too close to my oven so I haven’t been able to cook in a year (yes I have reached out multiple times) no one comes or calls - final straw my car has been towed with no warning on my windshield (as others have received such) $280 to get my car back and the manager said there is nothing that can be done. I have seen multiple cars that sit out over night with warning slips on the windshield. I accidentally fell asleep for a few hours and my car was gone. Horrible management and overall experience. Update: Elevator has been broken for a week. When someone asked when it would be repaired, they were told “when the sign is off the door”.
