  I have lived here for almost two months now, and so far I can say that I really enjoy living here! The maintenance team is quick and responsive, I have never had a problem with my packages getting lost or stolen, and the building is overall clean. The sound insulation in the apartment is pretty good as well as I rarely hear people in the hallway or my neighbors (aside from things like a door occasionally slamming, not their conversations). The only reason I didn't give a full five stars is that it's sometimes challenging to get in touch with the leasing office on weekends, and I feel that some of the amenities (like the grills or the printer in the clubhouse) don't work in the Phase 1 building. So I would have to go to Phase 2 to use these amenities.

  Hello Everyone, It’s been a week since I’ve moved in. Leasing Agent Ashley was very nice and super helpful! From the tour of the views, lounge areas, and pools it’s been pleasant, relaxing, and quiet. Very convenient with Park Road shopping center within walking distance whether it’s Grocery shopping, trip to the post office, or breakfast. The shopping center has it all. Maintenance was very quick and responsive and handled all repairs I needed after moving in. Absolutely love my apartment and look forward to continuing to have a great experience here.

  The facilities look really nice and the location seems great, but my experience trying to communicate with the leasing team has been impossible. I tried to tour the property last weekend, and the website allowed me to schedule a tour for Sunday. After scheduling I noticed Google indicated the office was closed on Sundays, but since the property’s own website showed availability and their AI system sent me a confirmation, I assumed the appointment was valid. When I arrived, no one was there. Fortunately, there was an option to do a self-guided tour, so I was still able to see the model unit and really liked the facilities/ area. After the tour, the AI system followed up and asked whether a leasing agent had been available to answer my questions. I wasn't sure its capabilities but decided to respond that no one was there. It apologized and said a “colleague” would reach out, but no one ever did. Later in the week, I realized that the actual unit I was interested in appeared significantly different from the model unit, so I scheduled a virtual tour to get more information. Again, the AI system confirmed the appointment and said someone would reach out with the details. About an hour before the appointment, it contacted me again to confirm. I confirmed and mentioned that I still had not heard from anyone. It again said a “colleague” would reach out right away. No one did. Shortly before my scheduled virtual tour, I called the office directly, but the call went to voicemail. I left a message and more than 24 hours later, still have not received a response. While the area and apartments seem extremely nice, I have been trying to get in touch with someone since last Sunday and sadly have yet to speak with a single actual person at the property.
