  I have lived at the Link Apartments Montford for 2 years now and just re-signed for another year. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and am excited about continuing here. Every single time there was a problem (loud pool, loud neighbors, maintenance requests, etc), the staff fixed it immediately. The Maintenance staff- specifically Juan is so on top of things. They do such a good job responding to requests and making sure that things are well kept. The leasing office is easy to get a hold of and make sure to help wherever they can. I have had no bugs in the apt which is HUGE when looking for a new space. I cannot recommend here enough!!

  Toured today and was amazed that the entire team took time to converse with me. It was very refreshing. Hoping to apply soon.

  The complex is kept up and clean as well as the grounds. Great location. Quiet, secure, comfortable with a friendly helpful staff.

  The staff and maintenance team here are very helpful and reliable. It’s in a great location that is walking distance from the greenway, as well as Park Road shopping center. I highly recommend.
