- LLLeoMay 1, 20261.0The leasing office is Busch league and my apartment had mold in the shower from a leak upstairs .... it took a week to fix. Had to break my lease early for military leave and was just an awful experience corresponding about the process. Pro's are the pool is nice and it is close to uptown. Cons: overpriced, gym is not that solid always busy as heck around the stadium event.

The community is well maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. The team really stands out, they’re professional, responsive, and clearly care about the residents. A special thanks to Ebony, who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It’s clear she takes pride in her work. I would definitely recommend Link to anyone looking for a solid place to live.
- SFSmurf FosterJan 22, 20261.0I’m writing this review on behalf of my girlfriend. She was initially interested in a one-bedroom unit and worked with Jada, the leasing agent. Girlfriend was told that my deposit would be refunded, but it has now been over 30 days and I still have not received it. Initially, I was informed that a check would be mailed within 30 days. After that deadline passed, the explanation changed to a “new company policy,” and I was told the refund would be returned to my card within seven days. That also never happened. I also requested to speak with a supervisor multiple times, but per Jada, the supervisor is “never in the office.” Overall, this experience has been very unprofessional and involved misleading information. Communication has been inconsistent, and there has been no resolution. I would advise others to proceed with caution.
