Ebony was committed to address each and every concern and question I could think up prior to move in and is always ready to jump in to make things better for residents. When I moved in, the unit itself was spotless. Over the last month, I have continued to notice the staff go above and beyond to maintain a very high standard for their residents. When I was faced with a maintenance issue, Tyler was immediately ready to jump in and do everything he could to fix the situation and ensure that I was comfortable and that every issue was addressed. This has easily been the best apartment living experience I have had in Charlotte!

- LLLeoMay 1, 20261.0The leasing office is Busch league and my apartment had mold in the shower from a leak upstairs .... it took a week to fix. Had to break my lease early for military leave and was just an awful experience corresponding about the process. Pro's are the pool is nice and it is close to uptown. Cons: overpriced, gym is not that solid always busy as heck around the stadium event.

The community is well maintained and has a welcoming atmosphere. The team really stands out, they’re professional, responsive, and clearly care about the residents. A special thanks to Ebony, who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It’s clear she takes pride in her work. I would definitely recommend Link to anyone looking for a solid place to live.
