  Essence is very rude. She tried to move me into a unit that has maggots, animal feces and broken doors after I asked to transfer units. When I told her about the conditions of the apartment she asked me ..did I flush the toilet. She tried to move me into a unit that was never even cleaned and then had a smart mouth when I addressed it. This place is ran by toddlers

  I wanna give a big shoutout to JAMES at the leasing office for being very very very helpful today with my maintenance request. I had somebody in my apartment 5 mins after I put my maintenance request. We love you Brodie ❤️

  Don’t Move Here!! This community is ghetto and unorganized. They will promise you certain rooms just to get you to sign with them and then everything they told you, you will get, you will not receive even when you have it in writing. They won’t offer any type of credit or buffer for the miscommunication. They don’t reply back, don’t answer phones, lazy, I can go on. They don’t care about their leaseholders at all. Don’t move here unless you want constant headaches and stress and like being lied to!!
