  I have worked with Juan 2 times over the past 7 years and when and if I need to buy another home he’s the first person I will reach out to! He is amazing, he goes above and beyond, and is so kind ! He was always available to me, I never had an issue with communication nor response time. I truly trusted him to make all of the decisions for me because I knew he had my best interest in mind. Even after closing he checks in to make sure all is well. The process of buying a home can be stressful but Juan definitely handled everything and made sure I was getting the best deals and my money was not wasted. He explained everything thoroughly and gave his honest professional opinions. I also used his referred lender Liz with Atlantic bay, she was amazing! I recommend Juan and his team x1000!!!
