  The pool has been dirty for a couple of years now, mold on the sides of the pool, and now it’s just green. The pool is open year round but think of it more like a pond without the fish. FYI I think I saw a frog jump out

  I had a fabulous experience touring with Heather today! The community is very clean, inviting and conveniently located. You can tell that the team here works very hard to make sure everyone has an exceptional experience.

  As a vendor, I’m excited to see the positive changes in management at Highlands at Alexander Pointe. The new Pegasus team is kind, professional, and on top of everything. Both times I’ve visited, the office has been busy, yet they still made sure to greet everyone and assist efficiently. That level of customer service and organization was not happening before.

  I had a wonderful experience touring the community with Autumn. She was incredibly kind from start to finish and made the entire process feel easy and welcoming. Autumn took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and clearly, and it was obvious that she’s very knowledgeable about the property and everything it has to offer. What stood out most was how genuine and patient she was—she never made me feel rushed and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her positive attitude really made a lasting impression. I truly appreciate her help and would highly recommend working with her if you’re considering this community!
