I applied A week ago for a unit that was available now , I still haven’t been reached out to , Nobody ever answers the phone 😔 And the special that was included ends July 31 , It seems they are tryna let the special go by before contacting people even if we applied

Had a tour scheduled for 1pm the leasing agent (I believe her name was Autumn) said she couldn’t find my reservation and that the website shouldn’t have let me schedule because she marked it as “busy time”. I've been in communication with someone via text after my tour last month so I came in for another tour today and was very dissatisfied with my experience. I fell in love with the property my first time visiting and wanted to have a final viewing before doing the application. Unfortunately, the Autumn woman had an awful disposition she was very curt and dismissive. I'll take it as a sign to look elsewhere.

I wanted to personally leave a review for the staff who have been incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the recent transition in property management.
Autumn has been an absolute pleasure to work with and has been a tremendous support to us as tenants. Heather has also been wonderful, and we truly appreciate everything both of them have done to make the transition as smooth as possible.
I’d also like to give a huge shoutout to Antoine. He has been an excellent addition to the community and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure repairs are taken care of promptly. He’s always friendly, professional, and kind, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents.
The only thing I’d like to see to bring everything to total satisfaction is the pool area—or at least the pool deck—reopened so residents have a place to relax and hang out. I know the team has been working hard on it and has been transparent throughout the process, which I really appreciate.
Overall, this is a great place to live. It’s a peaceful, welcoming community, and I’ve truly enjoyed living here. I would definitely recommend checking it out!

Wish I could say I had a positive experience here. Came in twice for an apartment tour the first time they said they were all booked up which is completely understandable. Now when I asked you know for information regarding additional monthly cost or a pamphlet with all floor plans you know just standard things. It was a we don’t have any available but I’m like how are you guys touring without the basic necessities for potential residents. Nevertheless the vibe was off as if we didn’t belong. Now the Second Lady the next day she was fine at first until we got to looking up options. I stated specific floor plans and stated my move in date which was October but I just wanted to solidify my apartment decision so I wasn’t doing anything last minute. I knew something was off and they were gonna try something so I pulled up the floor plans and availability on my phone to see if what I was experiencing was actually true. The first lie she told was the apartments availability when I could clearly see online they did have multiple apartments vacant ready for tour for that same day. Next lie she told was we look at day to day pricing and she couldn’t give me a quote past July. Mind you as she’s saying all of this she doesn’t even know I have October pulled up and I’m looking at multiple units available for the floor plans I wanted to look at. I should’ve known because while waiting we heard a resident pretty upset about her lease so I’m not quite sure what was going on but that was like red flag / strike one. Nevertheless after that I was done, and it’s a damn shame because me and my friend really was strongly considering moving there but after our interaction I’m not sure if they both were tired or overwhelmed but it definitely felt like we were discriminated against.
