The property itself was beautiful and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the property manager. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the charming property, it’s fascinating place in Charlotte’s history, and everything the community has to offer. She answered all of my leasing questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, which made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. Beyond her professionalism and expertise, she was also warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. It’s clear she takes pride in the community and cares about making prospective residents feel informed and valued.
