  The leasing team and the maintenance team for the property are so attentive, and unlike any other property I've lived at. Devon was so accommodating during the leasing process and one of the reasons I chose HP. I'm blanking on the names of the two maintenance team members who addressed an appliance issue, but they have been so quick to respond, kind, and very on top of things. There are so many apartment options in Charlotte, but I'm so glad I chose Hawkins Press.

  I’ve lived in a handful of apartment complexes around South End over the years, and after a little over a year at Hawkins, I can confidently say their leasing staff is some of the best I’ve dealt with. Kayla and Devon are always helpful, easy to work with, and you can tell they actually care about the residents. The building is always clean and well kept, and the community has a good balance of being active while still quiet. I didn’t have any issues during my time here, which is rare in my experience. I’m definitely going to miss living here.

  Devon gave me a very professional tour and has been super helpful throughout the entire process. Looking forward to moving into Hawkins Press in a few weeks! The apartment complex itself is nice and has a good community feel. Apartment floorplans seem spacious and very modern.
