Grace was responsive throughout, handled negotiations well, and stayed on top of every detail through due diligence and closing.   I had a wonderful experience with Grace Auton as my real estate agent. I have worked with several agents in the past and I felt Grace stood out. She seems like she really cared for me and how I was feeling during this transaction. I could tell she was looking out for my best interest....no one, but me. That really stood out to me. I felt Grace was aggressive with negotiations and we got the price down $12,000 from the list price. After this one transaction with her, I do not think I could ever use anyone, but her. She blows my expectations out of the water and I am so glad our paths crossed. I will continue to do deals with Grace and I am actually so happy we found each other! 5 stars!!!
