  Moved here in May and so far everything has been great. The staff is amazing and friendly especially Tanishia. The community is very welcoming and the place is conveniently located close to everything.

  The staff is amazing and very friendly. Ashton and the staff were super helpful with responding to any issues we encountered. The property is beautiful and we love the fun and welcoming community they have built.

  Horrible daily management staff at all levels from maintenance to front desk. Stairwells stay smelling like piss, garage either smells like a dumpster or a heavily chlorinated pool and there’s no in between, they make up and get nit picky about random things and fine you crazy high amounts, we’ve asked for things to be fixed (even on move in day) and a year later and they still haven’t been fixed, the security guard has been seen drunk on night shift and he stays outside speaking and yelling loudly into his phone for hours at a time. Once I was instructed by a member of staff that my trash had to be placed in a certain way so I did as they instructed in front of them and asked if it was correct (he said yes), the next day we got a fine for doing it how he instructed. The side door from the street has had a broken entry pad for months and staff has been told repeatedly as you can’t enter unless you have your fob key with you and the door from the garage on the main floor has been broken and doesn’t lock now for months as well which has allowed random strangers to just walk in. The amenities here are nice to standard but the staff are miserable human beings all around. Also you better hope you like being woken in the middle of the night for fire alarms as they go off more than anywhere I’ve been in my entire life. I have several more but don’t wanna write an entire book on the poor management of this place. I fully expect management will respond and claim to be sorry and wanna do better but it’s an outright lie and their word isn’t worth the paper I wipe my butt with.

  Tanishia Moore is absolutely the best leasing consultant I have ever met. She was so nice and so professional if you are looking for your place to call Home I definitely recommend this place.

  I really liked Gateway West Apartments at first, but over time my experience progressively got worse. The stairwells often smell strongly like dog urine, the walls are extremely thin, and the apartments feel outdated for what you’re paying. On top of that, the staff seems to constantly change, which can make it frustrating to get consistent help or have issues properly addressed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend moving to Gateway West Apartments in Uptown. !!!AVOID GATEWAY WEST!!!
