  Hello. I just wanted to list out a few things that really stands out about flatiron is mainly the staff they are very kind , Patient & honest. I’ve haven’t had many problems with getting things taken care of since they have stepped into the office. Mainly I want to give a big S/o to Asia she is the best and if you need anything as far as a full experience and family vibes she is a GREAT person to take a look with to get that full flatiron experience. Thank you Asia for being a great guide and leader here in the community

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Today was the second time I have had to deal with the same office employee, and unfortunately it was just as unprofessional as the first. The first time, she made comments about my English accent and corrected the way I spoke in a manner that felt disrespectful and unnecessary. However, today I experienced another unacceptable interaction. I called the office to ask why I had not been contacted directly regarding an issue with my apartment. Instead of answering my questions, she continuously interrupted me, would not let me speak, and hung up on me twice when I asked to speak with a manager. She also claimed that she had called me, yet I have no missed calls, no voicemail, no email, and no communication from the office whatsoever. What is most disappointing is that this is not the first complaint regarding this employee. Management has already been made aware of previous concerns, but nothing appears to have been done. As a result, the same behavior continues, and residents are left dealing with someone who seems unwilling to communicate professionall or respectfully

  NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY is definitely a breath of fresh air. Got to speak with the property manager today and he was very helpful and friendly! Go check this property out if you want to be in the city

  Had a wonderful time at the Petals & Pour party! 🌸🍷 The energy was great and the environment was amazing. I had such an awesome time—everything was beautifully put together and such a fun experience. Thank you, Asia! ✨
