  Esa gente de mantenimiento se agarra el dinero y no manda arreglar los aires acondicionados no tienen un buen mantenimiento. Las calles son una basura, no sirven. No les gusta hacer mantenimiento a los apartamentos ni a las calles. Uno va a reportar el problema y no le resuelven nada

  Lived here for 3 years the first 2 years were fine. Then they just let anyone move in. 7 grown adults living in a 2 bedroom constantly blasting music. We had a bug problem since getting new neighbours and it was never addressed. My kitchen was always flooding and it took 2 months for them to send someone only to send someone who doesnt speak English. I had mold on my bathroom and they scrapped some of it off but never finished. On top of that when I moved out then didn't give me my security deposit back stating that I moved out early. How did I move out early if my lease was already up? They also have one of my packages and refuses to give it to me, the rameriz person is really rude. Avoid at all cost. I moved somewhere better and love it. Also there's tons of potholes everywhere.
