  I was given an amazing tour by Robin who spent a great amount of time ensuring I knew about and saw the property. It's a beautiful property with a neighborly-type feeling. There's also a walking trail to the Harris Teeter shopping center and an 8ft pool! The clubhouse is beautiful and the staff was very welcoming. It's the perfect location.

  Awful experience! These apartments looked nice on the website however shortly after moving in I noticed roaches in the kitchen. These apartments are in a nice area of Charlotte but not being able to use the kitchen without worrying about getting roaches in your food is not worth it!! DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX!! I refuse to allow them to get away with maintaining a dwelling with health hazards of living with unwanted pests in the kitchen where I feed my children. 😡😡😡
