    Awful experience! These apartments looked nice on the website however shortly after moving in I noticed roaches in the kitchen. These apartments are in a nice area of Charlotte but not being able to use the kitchen without worrying about getting roaches in your food is not worth it!! DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPLEX!! I refuse to allow them to get away with maintaining a dwelling with health hazards of living with unwanted pests in the kitchen where I feed my children. 😡😡😡

    I requested 2 virtual tours with this place and both times no one answered the zoom call. Ridiculous

    Everybody at Quail Valley was very nice and very welcoming. Although we didn't decide with this complex, what we saw was very appealing and again the staff was so nice. It was definitely a close second
