The staff at Creekside Canopy has been extremely kind and helpful throughout my apartment search. I’ve been looking for quite some time, and this has honestly been one of the best experiences I’ve had with an apartment community. Every time I’ve had a question, the staff has been attentive, patient, and willing to help, and they’ve taken the time to walk me through and tour different units without ever making me feel rushed. Between the customer service, property, amenities, and affordability, Creekside Canopy really stood out from the other communities I’ve visited. I am have not moved in yet, but due to the staffs support I wanted to leave a good review and give them a huge shoutout. It has definitely sealed the deal for me, and I’m excited to move forward with the application process and hopefully call Creekside home!

This place is nice no pool access on either side even though its advertised. Quiet, Clean, and Bug Free. Rent is reasonable and the grounds are well- maintained and I feel safe here. Parking lot is well lit.

Toya is still a tremendous asset to the team but even she can only do so much. I genuinely hate it here but I can’t afford to break my lease so me and my other two occupants just have to make the most of this experience as we can🫩. It’s just been very frustrating, inconvenient and unsanitary.
