  Myself and two other applicants toured a unit with high hopes of renting one similar to it, just a two bed two bath instead of one. It was supposed to be refurbished with new carpet, fire place, new counters the whole shabang! Move in dates were changing constantly but we were initially told one of those units would be ready by my move out date- the 27th of June. They Even had move in dates as early as June 16th for these same refurbished units! We checked a week later only to receive a different answer. Even though I had a deadline for when I needed to move, we were put in a unit that was supposedly “ready”, which couldn’t be further from the truth. We Didn’t get the chance to tour this specific unit and wasn’t handed keys until we signed. It’s been bug infested since day one, i literally found a live critter in the fridge door upon arrival, the thermostat is broken so we’re dealing with heat whether we’re outside or inside our unit, lots of unfinished wear and tear on the unit, a horrendous stench of cat spray right at the front door and an indescribable odor in the inside of the unit, half of the outlets do not work, chipped paint and big holes and tears left in various places and ultimately a completely different unit and side than what we were promised or shown or TOLD we would be getting when we applied. I was told the difference of Creekside and Canopy as I requested Creekside with the assistant Manager. Since Creekside was the side being refurbished and it would be the closest thing to the apartment I just left-I wanted to have the same modern feel I was use to living in for 3+ years. However, since it’s labeled backwards on their website- I was told I applied for canopy which is this completed neglected side and there’s NO sense of urgency with the staff to correct this mess up as I expressed the moment I saw the unit that this isn’t what I wanted at all. I’m extremely dissatisfied and the living conditions are unbearable. I would love a unit switch to one of their newer units and ASAP because their bugs are starting to get into my personal items and these living conditions are really starting to effect my mental state. Update: Assistant manager is working with us to get a unit more like we expected and it should be done by this weekend. Only then will I change my rating due to the fact of still being baffled at the miscommunication between the staff and the urgency to get us in a more appropriate living situation.

  The new assistant manager in the office at Creekside Canopy Toyao Andrew’s is very nice she help as much as she can with whatever she can very Patient takes her time to explain everything she’s just great all together Amy which is the Property Manager is very rude , disrespectful she doesn’t know how to talk to people she comes off very rude is always in a bad mood Toyao Andrew’s Is more like a property manager Amy is gonna run alot of tenants away with the way she talks to people. Thanks Toyao for being so kind you rock 💕 Evelyn 🫶🏾is also great she sweet and kind very helpful thanks Evelyn & Toyao for your hard work at Creekside Canopy

  Well you get what you pay for. Been here maybe 2 months apartment started falling apart immediately. I guess because of the deal and the monthly price. Bathtub paint is peeling off severely yuck so can't take a bath after getting off work, kitchen faucet leaks, when I flush the toilet it make some weird sound, no key to my storage closet, bug swarm around wood of the stairs like big flying Beatles or bees O don't know what they are. No screens in any of the windows and cats everywhere so it smells like cat pee when you go outside, and the water gets hot sometimes. I'm just going to make do because its better than being homeless

  The process was a little rough but a lot of it was my fault and the need to rush to get into somewhere. Tania and Evelyn were so kind and helpful through the process. They were willing to work with me and my rough credit caused by my ex wife during my divorce! While another apartment complex wanted 2500 in security deposits they got me approved with just a $500 deposit! Thank you Tania and Evelyn for your help!!!!!
