- TCTometria Covington3 days ago5.0June will be a year since this complex has been open and how long I've lived here. No problems at all. All and all this has been a wonderful place to live EXCEPT FOR THE NASTY RESIDENTS WHO DISRESPECT THE TRASH AREA,I'm hoping they catch these individuals and remove them. Washer/dryer included for a fee. I WILL BE RENEWING MY LEASE

Staff members are consistently unable to provide basic information or resolve issues, and everything is deferred to a “regional manager” who is supposedly always traveling. This results in ongoing delays and a lack of accountability. It’s frustrating to pay to live somewhere where concerns are not handled in a timely or professional manner.. So ALL IN ALL Customer service is terrible—no answers, no accountability, just constant excuses about a “traveling regional manager.”
