The 5 star reviews for this place are no longer accurate. Majority of them were left when the community initially opened before all the residents moved in and the staff were the same . In less than a years time there have been several staff changes and an extremely rude new property manager who never has a smile on her face and actually breaths heavy before answering the phone as if to say “I don’t care to help you but ask anyway “ The community being new is the ONLY upside to living there . It’s loud, trash never makes it to the dumpster bc adults make children take it that can’t carry it . People and the disrespectful teenagers are in the parking lot all hours of night. I’m so glad my friend moved out of this place and after her experience And several visits to see with my own eyes I wouldn’t recommend it.if you go here your either desperate or have kids and don’t mind the things listed above. You can’t put a price or peace of mind.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment. The property management does not care about the residents. The full staff, including the maintenance has changed twice since I’ve been here and it hasn’t even been a full year. They do not follow up or return calls. I have videos of staff entering my apartment without my knowledge or my permission and I was brushed off and told that since this is a tax credit community, whether you are home or not or receive the communication or not they are coming in. I also have videos of maintenance entering my apartment with no maintenance request were on file when I inquired about the entry all I was told was it was preventative maintenance request, even though I have been in the apartment a month shy of a year and whatever items that were placed on this “preventative maintenance “list had not been done since I had been here. I also told management that I believe is common courtesy when you enter someone else’s home to wear shoe covers or at least have the common sense not to step on somebody’s rug if you’re wearing outside shoes. The Apartments are brand new, but it’s not even worth the headache of everything that you have to endure while living here from loud neighbors and children constantly in the street and parking area. Trash is always all over the place rarely in the bin and they have security that supposedly drives through nightly, but one night when I heard screaming, I called and no one ever came if you are struggling financially and have kids, then you will probably be able to deal with the noise and all the other nuisances that come with living here, but as a single person with no children who stays to myself, my advice is do not move here if you can help it

June will be a year since this complex has been open and how long I've lived here. No problems at all. All and all this has been a wonderful place to live EXCEPT FOR THE NASTY RESIDENTS WHO DISRESPECT THE TRASH AREA,I'm hoping they catch these individuals and remove them. Washer/dryer included for a fee. I WILL BE RENEWING MY LEASE

Customer service at this complex is extremely disappointing. Staff members are consistently unable to provide basic information or resolve issues, and everything is deferred to a “regional manager” who is supposedly always traveling. This results in ongoing delays and a lack of accountability. It’s frustrating to pay to live somewhere where concerns are not handled in a timely or professional manner..
So ALL IN ALL Customer service is terrible—no answers, no accountability, just constant excuses about a “traveling regional manager.”
