This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I moved out in August of 2025 and called and email for months after moving out about my security deposit and kept getting different answers about the issues until finally someone told me it “might not be refundable” after they told me originally it was taking a while because of the management switch. Never got the same answer about why I couldn’t get it back and finally gave up after nobody was willing to help me and was told there is nothing they can do. The pool was also falsely advertised as being open and the gym was never opened when I lived there either. There were shootings and car break ins, I did not feel safe living here. Do not recommend this place!!!

Do not sign a lease here, the property has recently come under new management who immediately decided to fire all but one of the maintenance people. I've had a work order for a broken toilet for seven weeks, and every time I've followed up they lie and say they'll send someone next week. But I'm writing this because management just entered my apartment unannounced, no knock or even saying "management" before unlocking the door. They claimed they thought the unit was vacant, though there is furniture on the balcony and a welcome mat at the door. When I called to ask what was going on I discovered the office phone number no longer works and simply declines every call. There are also so many roaches though they claim pest control is here every week. My lease cannot end soon enough.

I drove over four hours from Virginia for a scheduled apartment tour on June 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM. I had both a confirmation email and text message confirming the appointment. Despite arriving approximately 15 minutes early, no one was available for the scheduled tour. I called multiple times, sent text messages, knocked on the office door, and waited more than 20 minutes past the appointment time. Unfortunately, no one answered, responded, or showed up. This was an extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of time and travel expenses. A confirmed appointment should be honored, or at the very least, prospective residents should be notified if staff are unavailable. While waiting, I walked around the property and observed broken mailboxes and trash scattered around parts of the complex, which further raised concerns about the property's management and upkeep. I understand that unexpected situations can occur, but the lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for a prospective resident's time is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage management to review its scheduling and customer service practices to prevent others from having a similar experience.
