  Thank You Catalyst team!!! We’re really happy with how everything turned out with the kitchen and bathroom renovation. The space feels completely different now — cleaner, more modern, and much more open without losing the comfortable feel of home. The whole process was smooth, and the attention to detail really showed in the final result. The updated look honestly made us fall in love with the apartment again. We’ve already had several people compliment the space. We definitely recommend it to current residents. Ken and Nina.

  I had a great experience at Catalyst Apartments thanks to Jessica in the leasing office. From the very beginning, she was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire tour. She answered all of my questions with patience, made everything smooth and stress-free, and provided good customer service every step of the way. Jessica truly went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed. Her positive attitude, communication, and attention to detail made my experience exceptional. If you are looking for a place with a leasing agent who truly cares about residents and future residents, I highly recommend asking for Jessica at Catalyst Apartments.

  We only planned on maybe a 2-year stay when we moved to The Catalyst in January 2020, but 6 years later, we’re still happy to call it home. Not only is it conveniently located to about anything and everything you need in just a short walk, but what really stands it apart, is the AMAZING staff! We have 24hr concierge that are friendly, helpful, and feel like family, and the office staff and community manager, Feliks, have done such an excellent job making Catalyst a great home. (ie: clean - major props to our cleaning crew, local art and nice decor, great perks and amenities, VERY dog friendly, fun member socials; the list goes on!) we recently had the opportunity to have our apartment renovated, and we couldn’t be happier with it! Not only was it a smooth and speedy process for all the work they did, but it feels like a fresh and brand new space! We love it! Lastly, I cannot leave out our awesome maintenance team! They are very prompt and attentive to your concerns. I never have to wait long for anything, and they follow up and check in even after they’ve repaired something just to make sure all is going smoothly. All in all, I think ALL the Catalyst staff have just created good vibes all around because that energy seems to radiate in the other residents as well. Everyone is just really nice and respectful. We are truly lucky to call this our home!

  We’ve called catalyst home for 6 years now and can’t express how great it’s been. The building is always clean. The concierge group is super helpful with whatever you have questions on. The front office staff made our renovation super easy and are always keeping us in the loop on events happening in the building and around the city. Lastly the maintenance staff has been incredibly attentive and responsive. Multiple times we have put in a work order and it will be completed in a few hours, most of the requests we’ve put in has been lower priority and not emergency maintenance. Can’t speak highly enough about all the people that work here and take care of us who live here.

  My wife and I are in the process of moving in right now. The people that work here are some of the kindest and most helpful people I've met. Javonte in maintenance has been so incredibly helpful. The dryer in our apartment was so loud I thought it was broken. Turns out it was! I submitted a work ticket and Nery and Marcos from maintenance were here within the hour, took one look at our dryer and said "yep that's broken." They called Javonte and he hooked us up with a brand new unit, and all of that happened under two hours. All three of them were so helpful! Two of my favorite people I've met so far are Candace and Tina! Both of them greet everyone with a smile as soon as you walk in the door. If you have a question, they can answer it. If you have a problem, they can help! It's so nice to have someone at the front desk that is willing to help. Could not be happier having them to help us out. Also thank you to Michael, our leasing agent. I had plenty of questions when we were thinking about moving here and he always emailed back very quickly and was very nice when I needed help understanding how things work around here. When looking for apartments, one of our top concerns was effective admin and maintenance. If you're looking at apartments right now and thinking the same thing, move here! These people are the best!
