  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just moved into one of the newly renovated apartment homes at Catalyst Charlotte, and I couldn't be happier! These are some of the nicest apartment remodels in all of Uptown Charlotte. The finishes are well above your typical apartment grade, and the contemporary, clean design is something you really have to see for yourself. Every detail feels thoughtful and modern. A huge shout-out to property manager Feliks Schwartz for making the whole move-in process smooth and welcoming. The construction team did an incredible job on the remodel — you can tell they take real pride in their work. And I have to mention the maintenance staff, especially Javonte, Marcos and Nery, who are always on point with everything they do. Quick, friendly, and reliable every single time. If you're looking for a new apartment in CLT, definitely check out Catalyst. You won't be disappointed!

  Just moved here and I love it so much. Michael was so helpful with the application process and helping me get moved in. Maintenance is fast and helpful. They even have fun events for residents. And the place is always nice and clean!

  I moved in to the catalyst 5/1/26. My experience living here has been amazing! The management and staff go above and beyond in taking care of the building, the needs of the tenants and planned fun events every month. It’s wonderful to have the 24 hour concierge, that are always accommodating and somehow they all remember your name. I especially love having the group exercise classes with Organic Chrissy! No excuses when there is a beautiful fully equipped gym, plus group fitness right here! The Maintenance staff are all AWSOME and also go above and beyond for the tenants. The Catalyst is located in a prime location. I love being able to walk to Everything uptown and south end. Having a secure place to park my car and feeling safe was an Important factor, so having the security staff, here will keep me here! Living at The Catalyst is truly ElevatedLiving!! It feels more like condominium, living than a rental community. Modern, spacious, beautiful apartments with exceptional views!! If you’re looking to live in uptown, Charlotte, this is a must see!!

  Michael and his team truly standout in so many ways. I’m not being hyperbolic when I say it’s been a long time in any line of business to have the level of service Michael continues to deliver. Michael is not only always professional and down-to-earth, but I’ve never seen such responsiveness and a dedication to caring for one’s clients. The Catalyst Apartments are incredible with an ideal location, but for years now I feel all consumers can relate that the product sells itself and not so much the salesperson. This could one of the very few times in many years where I can say Michael sold me in signing my lease. It was Michael that made the difference for me as there are other comparable options in the area. Not only that, Michael’s team took the baton when necessary. Jessica and Miss Candace also stood out and didn’t miss a beat in assisting one during moving day. The team is great, the apartments are top notch, but working with Michael I won’t soon forget. Thank you Michael for everything.
