    Before moving here. Know well that there are options. Of smoking marijuana. Make noise if you like from 6 am to 11 pm in the unit. Without any solution, the manager Tiffany supports the noises and the bad atmosphere. I've been living for 3 years and it's time to move. Very nice and cozy, but since she took office, she made the worst decision. I don't recommend it. For those who like noise, the place is perfect.

    I have been a resident here for nearly six years, and throughout that time I have experienced several different management teams. Overall, my experience has been very positive. Maintenance requests have consistently been addressed in a timely manner, with the exception of the EV charging stations, which had been out of service for over a year. That said, the new Property Manager, Brittany Dixson, has exceeded my expectations in the short time she has been in her role. When I first moved here in January 2021, I was living alone. Fast forward to June 2026, and I am now a father of three daughters. As my family grew, I found myself needing to transfer from a two-bedroom apartment to a three-bedroom apartment. When I initially spoke with Brittany about transferring, I explained that I was hoping for a second-floor, three-bedroom unit in a quieter area of the community. Although my exact preference was not available, Brittany was able to quickly identify a suitable unit and provide a clear timeline for the transfer process from the very beginning. Shortly after our initial conversation, Brittany was promoted to Property Manager. During a follow-up call, I mentioned that the EV charging stations had been out of service for more than a year. Her response was simple: she would look into it. Within a week, the issue was resolved, and both charging stations were fully operational again. This improvement has been a significant benefit for the EV owners within the community. On move-in day, Brittany was welcoming, professional, and extremely efficient. The transition was seamless. She clearly explained everything I needed to complete, including transferring my Duke Energy service, and ensured I had all necessary access credentials, including an upgraded key fob and a new guest gate code. What stands out most is how many positive changes have occurred within such a short period of time. In just one to two months, Brittany has demonstrated exceptional responsiveness, communication, and dedication to improving the resident experience. Her proactive approach and commitment to addressing concerns have made a noticeable impact on the community. I truly appreciate her efforts and look forward to seeing the continued improvements under her leadership.

    I have to say I love my apartment. The staff themselves are great. But the property is not taken care off, always garbage all over, pool bathrooms are always untaken care of and the pool is always dirty. My daughter told me the sink in the woman’s restroom was hanging off of the wall which is a safety concern, it’s eventually going to fall off the wall and hurt someone. The residents do not help keep it clean with just simply cleaning after themselves. I would like to add that there are constant issues with the ceilings in the bathrooms that “have been taken care of” spoke to other residents and they have also said they have the same issue in there units. On top of that the fact that the breezeways constantly smell like marijuana. Gym is very old and outdated. I cannot wait to move out and i would not recommend this place to anyone.

    The service sucks because I went to the gym and all the grown up stuff we're working but the little kids stuff weren't working they were literally broken and also some of the devices in the gym we're even working either and also the park there's no Park they advertise a park but we have no Park I can literally send you a photo in the pool opens up like a week and then you just like get kicked out and one time my friend got kicked out of the pool for wearing shorts in the pool and you are crazy if you hear this report and then just live here I will find you if you start living here and I'm also getting kicked out because my little nephew my autistic nephew did a little fire on the lake stroll thingies and now I'm getting kicked out until 7 days awesome my little nephew he's very young and he's autistic so he's autistic and he got some like the straw like on fire and was just a little bit it was just a little bit I don't know if it was going to grow big but these people saw it and took it out for us because he was on the porch I mean nobody was paying attention to him and it was a child lock so I don't know how we got on to it but it made us get kicked out so because he just brought a little bit of it I would understand if it was just it was a lot but just a little bit it was a tiny fire and guess what I had this friend that was named Angel and he almost had a forest fire and I think he just left he never got kicked out and I sucked so the service sucks if you live here you better leave now because this place sucks stop stop stop stop stop telling just do that stop

    I only did a 4 star because Brittany and Mary made moving in and being a resident smooth. Otherwise it’ll be a 3 star. They are so nice and responsive. I also met the maintenance supervisor he’s really nice too, and quick with requests like they replaced my tub sink, which I loved. Overall the apartment is really spacious and pretty. I didn’t really like that the floor had a few spots with dips and cracks. Also I don’t like that the gates are open with what feels like 24/7. I haven’t used my gate code since I moved in last month lol. I don’t really like that, because any and everybody can be coming in, and there are 100’s of kids who lives here running around which is unsafe. as a mom, I love hearing kids playing outside. I don’t like the kids yelling and screaming past 9pm, but I’m strict lol. Also the ground inside the buildings are in nasty conditions from the valet trash. Like you can tell liquids and the trash is getting dragged up and down the stairs cause it’s very dirty and stained up. But other than that. I like it here I would renew my lease. I have no issues, it seems safe here. I like everyone working the in the leasing office and the maintenance crew. Otherwise, I would of given a 5 star if the gate remains closed, and these kids had a curfew, AND they clean our buildings.
