  Moved my 60 year old mother into an apartment in this neighborhood and this was quite honestly the worst experience from both a conditions perspective as well as a customer service perspective. Upon moving In, she was faced with an unexpectedly large amount of bugs and condensation which were a clear sign of poor maintenance on the space. Within 24 hours my mother was asking for another space that was more livable. It took 7 days for a settlement to be reached on the space. Just 3 days later the complex had my mother’s car towed after she had spent all night moving her final things into her residence. The staff was very unprofessional and dismissive and provided no course of action to mitigate her car being towed in such a short period of time upon becoming a resident. I would not suggest nor recommend this place for anyone who has loved one’s looking for a reasonable and comfortable place to stay. We’ve filed a grievance with the BBB and the City of Charlotte because of it as well.

  I must say Jadah made my move in experience as smooth as possible. Cheyenne was also helpful when Jadah wasn’t available. I love the communication and having texting as option for means to communicate was also wonderful. Especially since I was moving from another city to Charlotte. I love the fact everything was online, this helps with saving trees and not wasting paper. I had a small hiccup I was suppose to move in on the 5th but I was given my keys in my package. However I was able to get in on the 6th. The inspection paper was due on the 6th. I was exhausted from moving in so I turned the paper in on the 7th. Hopefully they accepted it!? The apartment is nice and spacious. I love the fact the units come with washer and dryer. The amenities are nice. However, the trash situation makes the property look terrible. The bulk items are everywhere. Trash completely overflowing at the dumpster with trash all over the ground at both dumpsters. Outside this the experience thus far is a 10/10.

  After being in my apartment 10 days, woke up to a car tow. Not a warning but car towed! I was told car wasn’t registered but upon moving in apartment had a leak in the apartment and we were undecided which unit I would be in. Instead of understanding and compassion, my car was towed at the cost of 339.00 for a sticker that’s in the car. The manager stated he couldn’t see me until Wednesday what a joke!

  Pésimo la peor experiencia en apartamentos, mal atención en esta Comunidad. Cuando nos pasamos fueron muy atentos, pero luego fueron muy odiosas y muy racistas conmigo y con mi hija. Teníamos mucho ruidos por los vecinos del piso de arriba y también plaga de cucarachas nunca nos solucionaron el problema, nos tocó mudarnos por que no nos solucionaron nada, el último día que fuimos hablar que aún no habíamos conseguido para donde mudarnos, y la señora Riley no nos atendió bien porque estaba con problemas con el marido. Quería que desocupáramos el apartamento sin tener para dónde irnos y sin terminar el contrato de 13 meses muy malas personas, las 3 mujeres que atienden ahí se burlaban por que no hablábamos inglés y usábamos traductor, y hoy que nos mudamos nos mandaron a un hombre de mantenimiento a entrar para mirar si ya nos habíamos ido sin ningún permiso, luego mi hija fue a entregar la llaves y una de esas señoras que estaba en la oficina no la quiso a tender, burlándose de ella y mirándonos horrible, no le quiso recibir la llaves. SI SON HISPANOS NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTA COMUNIDAD SON MUY RACISTAS!!!!!!! NO LO RECOMIENDO

  I can’t say enough great things about Autumn Park Apartments, especially Riley! She has been absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. Even when I decided to make a last-minute switch, she never missed a beat. She was patient, understanding, and guided me every step of the way. After dealing with months of frustration trying to find an apartment, Riley made the process smooth and stress-free. Everything she told me was 100% accurate from the application process all the way to getting approved. She never gave me false hope or misled me. She was honest, transparent, and kept me informed, so I never felt like I was in the dark about anything. If you’re looking for a place where the leasing staff truly cares and works with you, I highly recommend Autumn Park Apartments. Riley went above and beyond to help me, and I’m so grateful for everything she did. Thank you for making what had been a stressful three months into a non stressful process, I Can’t wait till move in
