  I have only been here for 2 months, it has taken all of 2 months to get my shower fixed. An issue they’ve known about. Every time I go up there, they keep saying they are coming to fix it or sending someone. I have a 1 bedroom, I bathroom. I currently cannot shower in my own bathroom and haven’t been able to for a week now. I went to the office today and they assured me someone was coming to fix it. Absolutely no one has been here to fix it. I’ve been trying to hold off on doing this review, but now it’s getting out of hand. I’m paying rent for a place I can barely use. Maintenance loves to say they are coming by to do their job and never do. So don’t hold your breath on getting anything fixed.

  The team helping me move in was fantastic. Jadah and Mark made sure my move in was as quick and easy as possible. My application process was very easy and the apartment was prepped very well for my arrival.

  The complex was nice. I would say they did a good job on amenities. It’s shocking that they have two nice side pools. The gym is a very huge size as well. I love that is a gated community and the gates actually WORKS! Also the staff is nice. Jadah T. took the time to show me around and was very knowledgeable. There wasn’t one question she couldn’t answer and I can ask 1000 questions. I have to well done!

  Generally nice place and looks better and safer than other places I checked out. Started second year of living here and haven’t gotten even a response about my broken dishwasher for like 3 weeks and multiple requests. Like I selected “normal urgency” because it’s just a dishwasher so obviously I can hand was for a little bit but it’s been over 3 weeks like wtf am I supposed to do? I don’t even care as much about the dish part but it won’t drain so it smells gross and there’s nothing I can do about it because you can’t even touch the filter without unscrewing a bunch of stuff. I hope someone on maintenance sees this and checks it. Kinda ballsy to send me a message about leaving a review after this tbh. Anyway besides radio silence about maintenance requests I don’t have any other complaints.

  One of the oldest apartments. It's convenient for the employees who works nearby. Apartments are just equipped with basic home applicances. No lights and fan are available you need buy and get it fixed on your own. There is no handyman services available. I have not have a good experience for my service requests. They asked for the move-in time observations for the repairs and I gave a bunch in July it's September but there is no use. Gym is equipped with new stuff recently and it's very good for routine exercise. There are couple of pools available. Community is big enough. Clearly tell them about your priorities otherwise you may end up getting very lower level apartment which keep you comfortable. You can not open the doors all day as the bushes nearby might have Snakes. I have observed small snakes crushed under vehicle tyres within the community. Especially digital drive has densed bushes. Tell them at least you need to be at road level. Clearly ask them where you get and ask them where exactly the apartment is located. Leasing team show something as model and allot you something else. Lot of trees are there. Parking bis good but make sure you register byour vehicles otherwise they will be towed. Clausets are big but you may need additional storage organizers for better arrangements. Inhouse laundry facility available
