- SSSam SteinAug 5, 20261.0This is the worst company I have ever worked with. My community used them for the HOA and they’re impossible to get in contact with and are completely useless when you do get in contact with them. No maintenance requests get filled, they forget to pay bills and in return we went days without water. They continued charging me after I sold my home in the neighborhood and cancelled my account. Took forever to get refunded. I hope to never have to communicate with them again.

They’ve offered feedback, guidance, assistance, and anything else our board has required to effectively tend to our neighborhood HOA. I will say: there will always be voices of discontentment as you can’t please everyone, but associa has never ignored those voices and has worked with the board to address everyone to the best of their abilities.
